I’m satisfied enough with what we got tbh. I don’t know if we’d have the same magic or chemistry again in a different setting and after years since the actors acting styles, abilities and vibes would have changed some. I’d still like to see them again, just don’t think it’s very likely to happen.

Would be better to say it was a break out role then. But he’s definitely known for more and better stuff since then. He was pretty much a cameo in HDL, just that his character was significant to the main lead, and he’s got incredible screen presence and chemistry that we almost preferred him over the male lead.

I’m just trying to make sense of the drama because it has about as many mixed interpretations from viewers as The Third Charm (a more sloppily written drama) did.

I just know that I couldn’t relate with any character on Nevertheless and both the leads were frustrating. Nabi more, because we actually heard her thoughts and she lead the narrative. She’s confusing to me about as much as Hong Seol in Cheese in the Trap was. Only with Nabi her clear attraction and lust for Jae Eon sticks out. Whereas, I’m not really sure why Seol tried so hard with Jung.
