I knew it! he had the prosecutor's heart in him which is why he kept dreaming about an accident he's never been in. his new secretary came to work at his office to feel as close as she can to her son (his heart in lawyer choi which was transplanted by her I'm assuming, since he remembered her as a masked face in the operating room)
and when I thought the fact that Jin Kang casually overlooked everything that happened to her friend and moo young's direct involvement in her accident and the fact that he was HER FRIEND'S LOVER- was disturbing enough, we discover that they are siblings... I really like the drama because of the great chemistry but when I really think about it, the plot is disturbing in many ways. no wonder its originally Japanese LOL
its still the most anticipated drama I'm currently watching but I'm starting to have mixed feelings.
Im really enjoying the drama, but I feel its taking too long for actual political events to happen and the plot isn't as progressive as I thought. I wish for more action and less romance..
a lot like stranger. beginning kinda slow but man does it pick up. i highly recommend to watch this once its done…
thats nice to know. I watched the first episode and maybe a few minutes of the second, while I loved the premise, acting and cinematography, I found it so hard to absorb and kinda slow. but I must give it another shot for sure, I mean JSW is in it so..
although it left me confused and didn't establish reality from dream or if what happened was something completely different (like if he actually traveled back in time while his body was in a coma so he was still connected to the present somehow), I thoroughly enjoyed it, the cast was amazing and I found myself attached to the team from "88.
Park Sung Woong will be the new addition to my list of favourite ahjussis, I used to really not like him because I only saw him play a couple of creepy side roles that left a bad impression lol I think he's my fave character I was rooting for him and I even shed some tears because of him :')
when I really think about it, it's kind of sad and bizarre that HTJ chose "delusions" over "reality" by apparently committing suicide. I hope there's more to it that'll be explained in season 2 maybe?
I can't wait for Kim Hui Seong to get involved in the story. Byun Yo Han sure knows how to play characters who put on a facade, he seems careless and reckless but his family's history haunts him badly. I see him as probably the most humble out of the characters, his interactions with the "peasants" are so heart warming ^^. I hope he decides to join the righteous army or something.
I stand by my initial assessment of Ae sin. She is a total badass- especially in episode 8. I think she and Eugene…
I like Dong Mae as a character, he's interesting, a bit creepy, and kind of lost.. he likes to appear as if his a major threat and nothing can stop him but as we saw in ep 8, he definitely has his moments of hesitation and weakness.
but his coupling with ae shin I too, can't see. I'll root for him as a character but im not shipping him with ae shin. the main couple is too well-going for me to want it to change.
you know you're in deep shit when you ship the female lead with all three guys...(but I'm personally team Dong…
tell me about it XD. I actually got excited and squealed (and was surprised w/myself) at the end of ep 7, I normally hate any kind of love geometry but wow, I think its a first for me to actually want that element in a drama. They're all so charismatic and charming in their own ways; I haven't made my mind on the one I prefer most. I kinda have a bias towards Byun Yo Han's character since I love that actor but I can totally see myself moving to team Dong Mae ;)
finally tvN made a historical drama, and as I expected, it is GOLD. and 24 episodes? YES PLEASE. something to soothe my soul after six flying dragons..
its interesting how Kim hyun suk made up his killing technique after what he was subjected to by the people who harmed him (using a police hitting bar like that detective, applying makeup to the dead female bodies like the psycho nurse, causing bruises like his father may did).
the question is: where and how did his younger brother get the weird thing of applying makeup and nail polish from? he wasn't with hyun suk at the welfare center to witness the psycho nurse and judging by his shock seeing his brother shooting the detective; he didn't witness any of his brother's crimes.
ok.. so....kim do jin, you'll basically act like god and judge and kill people (criminals) to finally stop the crimes (which is impossible; crimes will never stop) which I don't have much of an issue with, but in order to sustain this noble mission he'll kill the exact victim he was willing to kill the criminal for??really?? that just defeated the whole purpose .. I'm pretty sure in most cases when he'll kill a criminal some one (a potential victim) will be near and witness so if they don't agree that he's doing the right thing he'll just kill them too?!
edit: I noticed they didn't actually show him killing her and I sure hope he didn't and that there is more to what happened.
I'm enjoying the drama so far but I couldn't wrap my head around KDJ's logic
its been a while since I've seen a prosecutor/lawyer drama with a solid plot
