I'm starting to have thoughts that Sigma is Eddy Kim... that's why he seems close with future Kim Seo Jin from what Is shown in episode 10, and so far... present Eddy Kim seems like a useless side character unless there is a bigger plot in which my assumptions fit.

If future Kim Seo Jin created that bad drug, could she have also created that other drug that saves her past mother and acts as the trigger of this big Sigma scheme all along?

I didn't make the distinction that the attack starting since young Seohye was in the car with her parents was a memory. It seemed like the continuation of the day after going to the amusement park and meeting her future self. Now that you say it, I realized the mother was wearing different clothes... they should've made it clearer though because it was confusing.

The most interesting and mysterious character so far President Park. I can't wait for his backstory to be unraveled.

yeah I didn't get why he had to impersonate Eddy and make a public appearance at the Hospital. I also don't get how every thing seems fine considering the insane nuke attack that happened that same day and how HTS got back to his still-intact house.

I don't know... I feel like the real killer should be a character that only exists in one world without the other. It would be such a mess if it was WJH I couldn't begin to imagine how they would explain that. I feel like it's the creepy therapist. He seems to be counseling the victims' family members and that's odd, and he gets too much screen time for an unnecessary character.

There is definitely something off about WJH though. why is the fact that he has a limp and is left handed so important to emphasize by the director?

yeah he does. the same actor also played the mysterious serial killer in another OCN drama before, so as soon as saw him I knew it would be him again lol.
