The dilemma coming is a very valid one in relationships.
To be expected to relocate for a relationship is very hard. To put one's future in another. To give up one's lifestyle. The female lead will regret it and come back. But as she said in the novel she would still make the same choice. To try then regret than not trying at all.
Perfection. I must admit I never watched PA hence the initial episodes were lacking in my opinion but by episode 18, I was sold and rewatched the drama from the beginning while waiting for new episodes. It was a whole new experience and I was hooked. Now all I can say is, perfection. This is how you do it. Not wasting too much time with side stories, just enough emotion, and a satisfying end. When he said: 'I'm back' I was triggered by all the lousy endings of other dramas. Hopefully this is not a unicorn and we see better ending dramas in the future.
Been slowly watching to save on the episodes. Currently watching episode 22...said it before will save it again...the chemistry between XY and XL is insane.
For those who have read the novel, who are the couples in this drama and what are their tropes?
It's just SZ and DJX. A female villain will show up but she is more psycho than anything. Our SZ will protect DJX well. The woman at the airport was simply a colleague hardly mentioned in the novel. The story focuses on our main leads and what a gem to a story it is
I can feel it. This drama will break my drama curse. I have not been able to finish the last 4 dramas. What's even more puzzling they have just about 6-8 episodes left...I just can't bring myself to finished them. Big fan of the novel and read the manhwa. The leads are killing it
Visually the leads are ace. LJH in a suit. I can watch him all day. Now I am about to contradict myself I appreciate the production did not skimp on filming sites etc but I found ep one to be uselessly expensive. I wish such scenes would be less about showcasing wealth but more about what the character earned in that time to make him/her worthy. This is what I hate most about the 'chaebol' concept. Hence FL scenes were done well. ML not so much aside from getting a degree. Would respect more if he let say worked in the hotel industry overseas while studying. Maybe this is why I will not be a Chaebol. But all in all, I know I will like this drama. But may binge watch later.

I must admit I never watched PA hence the initial episodes were lacking in my opinion but by episode 18, I was sold and rewatched the drama from the beginning while waiting for new episodes. It was a whole new experience and I was hooked. Now all I can say is, perfection. This is how you do it. Not wasting too much time with side stories, just enough emotion, and a satisfying end.
When he said: 'I'm back' I was triggered by all the lousy endings of other dramas.
Hopefully this is not a unicorn and we see better ending dramas in the future.
