I haven't heard the term McGuffin before, so you caught me by surprise with this new interesting topic of yours! Now my lazy self hopes for you to write a new article, in your unique, delightful way, about other McGuffins in Asian dramas ;p
Thank you so much for your support!! Comments like these really encourage me to write more. Glad you liked the…
What I forgot to mention is that your article is by no means a horrible attempt but, on the contrary, a very successful one! Looking forward to your next article :)
Dear @Ami, thank you very much for your hard efforts, not only to translate in English these beautiful lyrics, but also to interpret in the most poetic way their meaning and successfully depict the atmosphere of each c-drama. I really liked your introduction to Chinese, one of the most ancient living languages in the world, thus challenging due to its wide linguistic context, grammatical phenomena, dialects, accents and so on... I totally admire you for being able to convey the depth and complexity of the Chinese language, and this comes from someone who speaks a similarly 'difficult' language - after all, it's all Greek to me! ;D
One of the best dramas of this year, that didn't disappoint during the second half and had a proper ending. One of the best performances of this year (yes, Seo In Guk), one of the best couples chemistry of this year, one of the best OST of this year.
Thank you very much, @penel! You were indeed one of the people who gave me the excuse to re-watch CAHM in order…
How higher can my expectations be?! "Feel Good to Die" is one of my fave currently airing dramas! It will be a real pleasure to re-discover something new in it too, once you 'touch' it with your magic pen... Keep up the good work :D
Wow, just wow! This article is a masterpiece!!! I've never read anything like that, so detailed, in-depth analysed, aesthetically astonishing, even from professionals... I had to read it twice: first to see all your breath-taking visual comparisons and second to read your magnificent analysis and interpretation. I told you I had high expectations for your second article, but you exceeded them all! You have my utmost respect, dearest!
Such a well-written article! Thanks for reminding me these 5 memorable lines :) For me, it was one of the must-watch dramas of 2018! Although it is not everyone's cup of tea, as it is a slow-paced, character-driven, dialogue-centered drama, I was totally captivated by its unique, intriguing and thought-provoking plot, as well as the stellar performances from Jo Seung Woo (my fave, too) and Lee Kyu Hyung.
One of the best rom-coms (not BL, but rom-com indeed!) I've seen in a while! Tanaka Kei gave a performance of a lifetime: his animated, cute and over-dramatic reactions and expressions, his inner monologues and battles were hilarious and totally on point! A definite must watch!
Looking forward to your next article :)

And that I'm so glad he's back in K-dramaland?
Never fails to impress me with his expressions and reactions...
… or when Fire met Ice...
