This drama is one of the rare cases for me that I enjoyed it even though I didn't like the FL's character very much! She was selfish, whiny, manipulative and unsatisfied, always lying or hiding her thoughts, didn't stand by her friends (esp. Hye Jin) and didn't treat properly her mother, sister or boyfriend or apologized sincerely to anyone... Of course she admitted to some of her faults when she was confronted, but her character growth was the smallest compared to all the other girls and side characters... Overall, it was a very interesting and realistic slice-of-life school drama, with impressive acting from all the young and veteran actors and well-fitted music.
Such a well-written article! Beautiful gifs and excellent analysis! Once again, you nailed it! If those who haven't given this amazing drama a try don't start watching it, after reading your article, they never will! I thoroughly enjoyed it and, most of all, I really loved Baek Jin Sang's character growth and self-reflection process - the best I've seen in a very long while! Kang Ji Hwang was superb! I agree with all the 'flaws to consider' you mentioned, but imo some of them added to the light-hearted feeling and enjoyment of the drama (e.g. theatrical acting, satirical humor). I wish you the best in everything you're planning to do next year and I'm always anticipating your next article! <3
Not the most realistic medical drama I've watched, but surely one of the most fast-paced and entertaining ones! Nino's performance was the best - just brilliant, even though his character was a bit over the top!
Always a pleasure to read your articles - I really like the mixture of humor and seriousness you put in these... Thank you and all the subbers out there! You have my utmost respect and admiration for your volunteer dedication and effort on subbing during your precious free time!
One of the most refined dramas I have watched in a while, dealing with 'difficult' social matters and relationships, such as divorce and its aftermath, family affairs, infidelity, friendships, failures and new beginnings. A realistic, beautifully-written slice of life drama with intelligent conversations, brilliant humor and believable, everyday characters. All cast members did a marvelous job, but especially Bae Doo Na was the star of this drama! She was so natural: no make-up, no fancy clothes, but raw emotions, honest thoughts and once more an awesome performance. In fact, throughout the episodes, I was so invested in her character that I just wanted Hwi Roo to be happy, regardless of whom she would end up with...
Welcome back @catstreet! Always a pleasure to read your articles! It is indeed one of the most intriguing, out of the box -internationally I dare say- dramas I've seen in a very long while! Detailed, stunning cinematography and graphics, captivating, original, fast-paced plot, and a beautifully matured Hyun Bin with a killer smirking face... I was sold since the first episode :D
A bold, gritty, dark, but also very heartwarming story, presented by a loud silence interrupted by minimal dialogues and a raw cinematography aesthetic... Han Ji Min was superb!
Thank you so much for reading the article and commenting on it! I really appreciate it! Hearing another comment…
I really like your positive spirit! Do start "Rebel"! For me it is one of the best historical k-dramas, with strong story and amazing acting from all actors - especially Yoon Gyun Sang and Kim Sang-joong, as son and father, were spectacular! I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I did :D
You really put your heart into this article! So beautifully written! Even though you explained and analyzed such a frustrating issue and its different variations, you did it in a very enthusiastic and humorous way :) I totally agree with you that Yoon Gyun Sang does such a spectacular job at portraying someone who suffers from mysophobia. He is an amazing actor, multidimensional and dedicated to his roles (I remember him in "Rebel", where his character awesomely copied many micro-expressions of his father, even the way he talked and the tone of his voice...) The first couple of episodes both leads were a bit nervous and the comedy part was a little too much, but now they found their pace and the story is a pleasure to watch. Your No 1 most favorite moment is mine too - so cleverly done! :D

Congrats for your first article! Nicely written and very enthusiastic :) As I wrote in the comments of this drama, I liked it, although it could have been much better with this cast - it felt somehow 'procedural' and rushed (perhaps due to the short number of episodes?) and not that inspiring for such a real tragic love story...
He's so young and very handsome, but very talented too!
