One good thing about this series is that the acting was actually pretty fucking good in my opinion. Plot... no. Ending... no. There are too many things about this that just really messed it up especially towards the end and I'm too lazy to get into it.

I'm not saying that's how all or even most friend groups are created. I'm talking about theirs specifically. And also tbh they aren't necessarily dating inside their friend circle. The original circle was just Boyo, Boom, Stud, and Earth and it's basically still like that except for the addition of Amm. People like Good, Safe, Sam, Cris, Tor etc. all came from outside their friend group. The only time they really dated inside their friend group that I can think of is when Earth was dating Boom. That's what I meant by "some of them are only friends because of dating or knowing someone who dated their friend". Tor and Good would probably not be friends if neither of them dated Boom/Boyo.
My weekly dose of pettiness, shadiness, and drama <3! I feel like all of Bew's problems are rooted in her borderline obsession with Safe. It's time for her to let go and focus on herself for once. I'm really shipping Boom with Tor's brother oop. Also, can the stylists on this show get a fat raise? Boom, Boyo, Cris, Amm, and Bew are always looking like literal models in every scene. Does anyone know what Cris is taking meds for? So far I'm not liking the way the producers decided to handle Amm's and Cris's relationship. I would not mind a PopxStud ending but what would that mean for their relationship in the future? What would happen if Pop found out that Stud only initially approached him just so he can make sure he stays away from Earth and Sam?
Why can't all these people just date outside their friend circle and maintain a friend zone with their friends?!…

I can kind of understand that only in the sense that time progression was confusing in the last episode but other than that I really didn't see any laziness in production or otherwise in the last couple episodes.

Exactly! That's why I said the ending was very satisfying. I was so scared they would rush Karl discovering himself and suddenly make him okay with coming out or they get together even after Vlad said all that stuff as you said. I didn't even think of the kdrama style ending but I would've honestly hated that cause it would've skipped so much important stuff especially in regards to Karl coming to terms with his identity. Consistency is so important and fortunately they stayed consistent for this episode.
This show was perfect. I really can't currently think of a huge flaw. One of the most satisfying endings ever in my opinion and truly the best OST I've ever heard in a BL. The scene with his uncle and the scene with Anna were both so beautiful. Jfc I loved this show. Hoping for more like this to be released. Beautiful cinematography. It was so obvious how meticulous, detailed, and caring the producers were about everything that went into this. A gem imo.
Excited for next episode. Why do I have a feeling Ton might already know that Chon has feelings for him or he might already be catching feelings for Chon. I was also kind of cringing at Na at first cause I thought his character was meant to be a serious badass rich boy character but turns out he's just a wannabe bad boy which is just so funny to me. That scene where he asked for Chon's name had me rolling.
Ben and Jim post confession seems to be all doom and gloom. I prefer their relationship more as best friends. Even in the cute little scenes of them together, I still couldn't really get into it because of the whole situation with Yana and how they both basically played her. I wish the best for Yana and Olan's characters (not necessarily with each other). Jim is a POS for breaking it off with Yana only to publicly announce that he is taken a few days later. I do not like Jim all that much. Ben is also in the wrong.
I might come off as insensitive but if I was in Ben's place, I literally would have ignored Leo's live. It was such an obvious manipulation tactic and a very common one among abusers. I would've turned off my laptop and gone about my day lol.
I liked ep 3 although some parts were a bit..meh. Honestly the acting is great but important scenes like the cheating being discovered were underwhelming. Maybe it's just because this is a short series but I noticed they tend to compact important past information into one dialogue scene (e.g. Mando telling Krisha about his mom, Barry telling Mando about how he came out to Krisha, Krisha telling Mando about Barry's *redacted*). It's all just straight up laying it all out for the audience like a summary or something. So scared for Krisha. I really like her and I don't want her heart to be broken. It's hard to like Mando when he's doing all of this and risking hurting Krisha but he is also in a tough situation. I'm liking it overall though, I think it would've been 10x better if it were longer :(((((

The ep 1 on YT was uploaded on wednesday last week. I think if they were gonna upload the rest they would've already uploaded ep 2 this week since it's already thursday. So maybe not. I really hope I'm wrong though.
The confession scene and stuff seemed kind of awkward. Like they barely seem like a couple. I would personally be terrified finding out the guy whose been picking on me has secretly been following me and taking pictures and shit... And after all of the rudeness and animosit7 between Itt and Pai, it doesn't make any sense that they would go straight back into being buddy buddy with each other even after Pai finding out Itt never really hated him. I feel like it would be more natural if Pai and Itt both agreed to basically "start over" and only start dating after they feel completely comfortable with each other again. Especially in the case of Pai, wasn't he just saying how he hated Itt like an episode ago.
