Jisoo had time to prepare for the role while na inwoo didn't. He started shooting right away. It's not like they could have waited. The drama was already on air and they had to get an actor who had enough dates to spare. He did this right after me queen and he was good in Mr queen.

Na in woo is nowhere less than jisoo. He is as good if not better.

It's not like they can keep him after those allegations and sabotage the hardwork of the entire cast and crew of an ongoing drama. The channel and makers will loose sponsors and people will boycot the drama. It is the job of the agency to either make sure the actor has a clean past or clean up their messy past. They take a huge chuck of these actor's income. It's not ph or channels job.

The drama started well and I was hooked for the first few episodes but it went downhill way earlier itself. The synopsis said story of the devil and a devilish heir. But I don't find anything devilish about do dohee. The leads soon become like any typical drama romcom leads. So don't get why he needs to be a devil. His powers are almost useless more than half of the time and she is crying and being scared half of the time. The villain who is just a mere human had upper hand over an actual devil and was always a step ahead of them. I don't get why kdramas does supernatural genres with one of the leads portrayed as a supernatural creature only for the power to be locked up for 80% of the drama. The so called supernatural creatures don't look very powerful.

She was already after her ex when she met the ML. She gave the letters to him when.her friend said she will get her the military address of her cousin (who is her ex).

Another drama with a good actress having to carry an entire drama on her own while the ML is just there.

I think Koreans use salt to keep evil things away. I have seen them throw salt in a lot of dramas. So didn't connect it to spn.

It's a basic romcom good for timepass. Don't have anything wow but nothing to nitpick either. It's the kind i will watch and forget about watching. Since it's only 8 episodes i am assuming it will be fast-paced and won't be dragged anywhere.

When he gets to know jihwan a little, he digs up information about the granddaughter of the dead old lady who was at the hotel with them. She says jihwan didn't do it and he has been sponsoring her education ever since.

For her to stop time, there should be someone who is in a listening distance. Every time she met the villain, she was either tied up or him in the car and she is at a distance. She cannot keep screaming something from the future and then run for her life as well.
At the end when sunjae fell into the ocean, she was too shocked and traumatized to act fast.

So you watched the first two episodes without reading other's pov and liked it. You agree that you enjoyed the drama even after it having flaws. Ultimately it's about how much a drama manages to entertain the audience and the rating by general audience will be based on the entertainment quotient and not based on the logic and flaws of the drama. General audience who rate on mdl aren't professional critics to rate dramas/movies based on its technical aspect and remember all the flaws it had. What they remember is how much they liked it and entertaining it was for them.

A lot of movies from other industries also have cult like fan following and it's not exclusive to kdrama or kmovies. In that case the rating of every drama and movies regardless of the country can be easily manipulated and no movie or drama has an accurate rating anywhere.
Just because something is not according to one's personal taste it doesn't mean that drama or movie don't deserve the praise or high rating it got.
Just because you think a drama is a 6 or a 7 doesn't mean other's should also think it's a 6 or a 7. This drama is a 9.1 because majority who watched it thought it deserves that rating and one don't need to be a certified professional critic to rate dramas or movies on IMDb or mdl. It's totally based on personal taste and personal liking. And if the personal liking and taste of majority is the same then that drama or movie will have a high rating

Won't that simply means most people liked the drama reviewed it and it didn't have as many people who didn't like it compared people who liked it?
So any platform whose overall rating don't match with your personal liking have issues with its rating?
It's not even like the drama had popular actors or idols with strong fanbase. Whatever fans and craze the actors now have is gained through this drama only. And for that to happen the drama should manage to hook a vast amount of audience which this drama managed to do.
The fact is a vast majority enjoyed this drama and that's why it has high rating in both mdl and IMDb and just because your liking don't match with the others doesn't mean the ratings are not justified.
