Does the SML give her any other opinion than to spend time with him? She owns him for keeping her secret and helping him and he takes full advantage of that and bulldoze her at the work place. He had no right to answer her call and speak as if there was something going on between them to a third person when she agreed to go with him solely to find her cat. He is taking advantage of her helplessness and secret in multiple occasions to forcefully insert him in her life.

Ep 10 was really boring and looked like a filler episode. Nothing major happened.

She in nowhere is shown 'enjoying' his company. At the office she repeatedly tells him to behave which he totally ignores and keep making unwanted physical contact with her. For a third person their interaction clearly looks out of line in a professional environment. Putting those cups on her cheeks at a work place and tucking her hair in public is weird af.
The only time she was normal with him was when he tried to help her find the cat and she is desperate to find the cat.
She didn't share her secret with the SML out of her own will. He found out on his own and told her about it. If the ml found out on his own and told her he will keep it a secret she would have been more comfortable with him than with the SML.
The fl in no way showed any sort of romantic interest in the SML to say she is giving him green signals. Why would she think that a super famous idol will be interested in her? She is shown to be someone who doubts herself and don't think of herself as someone who guys will be interested in.
In the last scene of ep 10 she directly told him she is irritated with his constant interference and he don't have any right to tell her to quit her job and that's when he directly confessed.

If you meant atypical family then the sister's character used to be a runway model and she became fat because of her depression and unhealthy eating habits. It was a life style disease and it's not something that should be promoted. Being fat due to unhealthy eating habits should not be promoted as something normal and she was having health issues due to excessive weight. It took her almost an year to loose those weight and throughout the drama she is shown to be loosing weight.
Obesity is not something that should be normalised or promoted. Its Not same as having a disability.

The drama is mostly watched by people in their late 20s and 30s while it was on air.

She did that for specific reasons. The first time she was completely drunk and thought it was her friend's house and the second time she wanted to get those documents. They already were familiar with each other when she barged into his house and both of them have feelings for each other.
There is absolutely zero reason for the SML to bulldoze her with affection. They barely had 2 or 3 interactions at work for him to go after her like that and be over friendly with her.

Yes. The SML seems to be a forced character and just there for the sake of having a SML. He contributes nothing to the main story line and his sudden feelings for her makes no sense. He was barely seen in the first half of the drama to feel connected to his character.

He might be a former director but still a practising doctor at the hospital and he might not need to be at the hospital all the time.

It's well established that he is very goal focused at his work and barely makes any personal interactions with anyone at the office. He does respect the older version and is caring but he is too focused on the case to have any personal thought about her. He meets the younger version outside and has a personal connection with her. He already met everyone close to her (parents and bff) and all of them kind of treats him as her bf or potential bf.

The SML is barely in the drama overall to have most scenes with her. The ML has the most scenes with both the young and older verison.

Till ep 9 they barely had scenes for him to fall for her. He was barely there in most of the episodes. His scenes look very disjoint to the main plot.

I doubt the director is the main villain. He seems to have some problem with his hands and if I am not wrong the killer don't seems to have any problem with either of his hands.

So far it's a good watch. Binged 9 episodes.

I doubt he will look convincing as a 34-35yr old ceo. He looks way too young and he is very young. High school part is fine but the adult part I doubt.

I liked welcome to samdalri. It takes time to get into the flow and I was bored in the first 4-5 episodes but after that it was great. The only drawback was that the leads didn't had much chemistry and their love story was a little meh but their individual story was good.

Exactly. Watching a drama while it's ongoing and binge watching are two entirely different experience. LR managed to keep people hooked to it and it still is being talked about. An avg drama won't be able to do that, definitely won't be able to do that in Korea.
Also it's a rom com. Don't know what exactly people are expecting from a literally rom com. There is no recent rom.com that did full justice to the genre like LR did and that's why people got hooked to it.
