i have only seen suspicious partner written by that writer and since it was 20 episodes it dragged for 2-3 episodes.. but if we take that away then that drama was really good... esp the chemistry, the villian and the suspense.... it also didnt had bitchy second female leads and even the only bitchy character turned around and ended up being friends with the FL... i havent watched hello monster but i have only heard good review of that drama... also the director is same as hello monster.... if they manage to cast a good actress and the leads have amazing chemistry like SP then even if the story is above average it will do well...
but there the FL had all the reasons in the world to not give him any chance... he was a complete jerk... the only thing i liked about his character was the actor's acting... he was the best actor in that drama...

i still think the SL from school 2015 had it worst... the girl liking the ML still made sense but when the hell did the ML liked the FL.. he was madly in love with her twin sister for years... also the FL and the SL spend way more quality time.. here the makers didnt even give enough screen time for dalmi-hjp
its not like she didnt know he liked her for 3 years.. they have become quite close in those 3 yrs... if a guy confesses to a girl and then they become good friends afterwards, its common sense to make thinks clear and draw the line esp when the guy makes it obvious that he still likes her...
also isnt just saying it once more than enough? he verbally made it clear 3 times( at the restaurant, at the house, inside the car) and through his actions multiple times... all these times dalmi stood there like a robot with a blank expression...
