in no way the villian was shown to be appealing.. eventhough the actor was handsome , as a character he was shown to be a creep from the start..

she didnt.. it was made clear at the end that she never hit anyone after she lost her power

he was anything but a playboy.. its clearly said that he never had a dating rumor and was never seen hanging out with women.. thats the main reason for the rumors of him being gay.. he was more of a mischievous guy who intentionally irritated bo song because he liked how she reacts to that.. he was neither arrogant nor bossy..
also he is one of the most supporting male lead in kdrama history.. he never felt inferior to bong soon and was super supportive of her.. he fell in love with her because she wasnt a weak woman.. he didnt had the typical kdrama male lead character trades( except being rich and handsome)..if you notice even the main characters in his games are also women.. he liked women with strong characters..
guk do was the one with the typical kdrama lead character where he thinks women are weak and he needs to protect them..
bong soon chose min hyuk over gook du for all the right reasons.. there is not even one moment were gook du hand upper hand against minhyuk when it comes to bong soon..
gook du knew bong soon half of his life but never understood her the way minhyuk did..

she has feelings for him only in the first few episodes and even then she had amazing scenes with min min.. also if you have seen the entire drama her feelings are not baseless.. gukdo always kind of gave her hope( because he also had feelings fr her but was afraid to cross the line)..

its not exactly a continuation but almost all the characters in doldam hospital were in s1 and watching s1 will give a better understanding of those characters esp dr.kim.. s1 explains why the show is called romantic dr.kim and why he is called dr. teacher kim instead of his real name Dr. boo yo jo..

there is romance but no triangle.. the romance is not the focal point but still has 2 of the best kissing scenes..

nope.. the second lead kind of likes the female lead but thats it.. he dont do anything about it and is not even shown that he has any plan on pursuing her..he just says she is kind of his type..

i dont think they said anything about the relationship status of yoon and kang.. kang is in the mandatory military service and he will be gone for around 2 yrs and they will be apart for 2 yrs anyway so she might have went to study abroad for the time being..

except for killing the shaman and erasing the memory of his son-in-law i dont think she killed any innocent person.. even the shaman wasnt an innocent person eventhough he only killed corrupt people.. he had a tragic life and viewers will empathize with him but he was a criminal at the end o the day

the executioner was not at the crime scene when it happened.. he came to know about it and then started following the guys.. the eraser came when he was filming them and thats how they met..

its said in one of the episodes that the main lead could not only read people's mind but also feel what they have felt.. thats why he gets hyper and out of control everytime he encounters any criminals.. it might be the same for his sister as well.. she might have entered into the memory of the people involved in the rape and death of her friend.. she also saw the video of the rape as well.. so she exactly knows every single details and how her friend felt..
if the male lead gets that much angry by reading the memory of people he hardly knows then the pain an anger inside the sister might be much higher than him..

i really liked you yeong seok in Dr. romantic and thats the main reason i started hospital playlist along with the great reviews..
