According to the lastest rules released by the Chinese government(Yep…again), started from August, the historical dramas which are "too entertaining" won't get the permission to be released. That is, more ban on historical dramas. So the current Historical dramas is gonna pick up their speed by releasing more eps a week to avoid the ban that may happen to them. That is, we're gonna watch the ending of Untamed much earlier than we thought.
The cast is probably the most "straight" actors in HIStory. Always hang out together and talk some random straight shxt. They even posted the video that the main lead checking out hot Korean cheerleaders when watching the baseball game. Ugh…It's such a moodkiller for a bl fan like me.
Episode 1 wasn't bad and I'll continue watching, but I miss the old cast too. I don't think the new Phana and…
True. It's kind of a letdown for me in terms of acting. People keep saying how amazing they are after ep 1. I thought they could be much better than the first season since the acting in the first one has been criticized a lot.
I can't see what other people see in terms of acting in the first ep. It's quite okay but not obviously better than the first season. Hope they can wow me in the future eps.
And the fact that they had to rename it as "CJAK fanmeeting" instead of HIStory3:Trapped fanmeet is kinda sad.…
They wanna become like Thai bl that they can have so many fanmeetings in China just for the popularity of BL dramas. They don't care about China's stance against LGBT and the serious problem of illegal drams platforms in China. The ironic thing is they keep asking the locals not to watch Trapped illegally but they haven't said any word to the fans from China. And they're now plan to host a fanmeeting in China. Ridiculous!
CHOCOTV has been heavily criticized by Taiwanese fans and some fans from Hong Kong since they announced the fanmeeting in China. Taiwanese fans are really pissed they chose China first instead of other regions in Taiwan, not to mention Thailand, Japan and other LGBT friendly countries. Besides, CHOCOTV is afraid to use "Trapped" as the title of the fanmeeting so they use CJAK to be the title. And the fact that they say these actors are from (Taiwan, China) really gets on people's nerves. The country thing has been a really controversial issue after the Hong Kong protest against China's extradition law for the past few weeks. The young Taiwanese are now very against China after so many inhumane things that happened in China, including their horrible attitude toward LGBT and other minorities. So they hate people saying they're from China. They can't believe CHOCOTV sells their souls for money to host a fanmeeting in a country that bans BL. My Taiwanese friend said he's pissed because it feels like CHOCOTV's plan is to make their BL dramas become a platform for them and the young actors to be popular in China and they don't care about their country identity and pro-LGBT stance since they just wanna earn money.
