I don't think so, why does Kan have to face consequences for leaking a video of someone who did a hit and run? We love Home now, but think logically- it's a freaking hit and run criminal. Peach survived but HE DIED FIRST. It was a freaking murder, and it ruined his life for all those years. And forgiving Home is a Peach only decision, he's the victim and it's his sole right to forgive or not

Tbh after calming down, I'm glad we got a couple of angst eps. Loved yandere Ziqi in ep 18 and him being heartbroken. Ding Yuxi looks lovely when crying and covered with blood, that's literally his speciality. The producers were probably like we can't waste his talent let's up the angst

I love the marquis! He's the one that made the angst a little lighter bc they make you understand brainwashing her was never his intention and he also keeps noticing sth is off about her. He was almost about to make the connection to his father saying the same thing as miaomiao if she didn't interrupt

I have this personal theory that the writers upped the angst when they realized they had Ding Yuxi's 😭
Bc guy acts his heart out during angst scenes it's literally his speciality and looks very good doing it too.

The marquis actually is not a bad person despite being annoying, he didn't know he accidentally brainwashed miaomiao and keeps noticing sth is off about her and even asks her if she likes and wants to be with Ziqi instead but she said no bc of the bracelet 😢

People I gritted my teeth and skipped 18 and watched 19 and it was bearable but sad but a very good episode still. Just that bc I skipped ep 18 (will watch after ep 20) I have some gaps in understanding the tragedy of the fire that happened and stuff, can someone spoil me about it?

From the looks of it will end tomorrow, so a pretty short period of angst with only three eps

I'll wait for tomorrow's before going through them or I'll just ignore these two eps exist

I feel like hurting Shin that day was very shocking and unexpected for Saint himself. He never expected or thought himself capable of hurting his best friend like that and that traumatized him. That's why he ran away, like of course he was a coward and scared of Shin's hurt anger and hatred but he was also very horrified by himself. So he spent three years not raising his fist against anyone no matter how bad it got. And looks like previously boxing used to be a big part of his life but he gave it up scared he didn't have enough control over himself.
I feel like if he saw Shin hated him when he saw him again, he wouldn't shamelessly pester him to be friends. But he saw that Shin didn't hate him even after all that, that's why he goes around following him. What he doesn't understand is that not hating someone for hurting you bc you love them too much doesn't mean you need to forgive them or forget what they did and move on.

ALSO Shin deserves twice daily foot messages and Saint to cook and clean and chauffer him everywhere

I'm sorry, I love Sky's acting and also Saint himself BUT if I was a friend of Shin's I'd call him crazy the way he yearns for Saint's friendship back. He reminds me of my friends who'd go back to shitty boyfriends bc 'they love each other, the bf didn't mean to' etc bullshit. HOW will Saint ever make up for a career that could have earned him millions? Sell both kidneys? If he's sincere about wanting to make up he should study well and earn a lot of money and give it all to Shin. That said, their chemistry is so so good that idk about the logic and I want them to spend 80% of the episode hanging out and I want them to hug already 😭😭. My coomon sense and Sky and Nani's incredible onscreen chemistry are battling it out in my brain

The uncle was always the root of all issues. Kan finds a recording file saying no one should find out the restaurant case was a murder by somkid's voice but gets distracted by the home car crash thingy and forgets about it. He's also the one who stopped home from taking peach to the hospital and instead told him to avoid responsibility and leave.

I am positive the angst will get sorted out in 5 eps max but why am I so nervous... I know we need to progress the story but I want to fast forward through all the angst 😭

Anyone else super impressed by the ending credits art and animation that they sit through it every time? It's so cute and fun and unique! There's shuxin's pretty voice in the ost too it's just perfect
