Does anyone want to comment on Lee Bum-Soo's clothes at the beginning of the show ??? The skinny cropped pants…
I am telling you, in the last year or so, I have seen the ugliest and most ill-fitting clothes (too tight or too large) on men in dramas ... (from S.Korea, China, Taiwan, Japan, Thailand)....
It's a virus that has spread all over East Asia (can't tell about other parts of the world, haven't seen them lately)
This is a Bad and Good slap/Kiss ... It started out very interesting ... BUT---> ---- MAIN PROBLEM : the main couple's characters are not appealing ... and the acting by the main couple was so-so .... ---->> He's a Cruel Whinny Idiot ... and... she's a Weak Whinny Doormat! Dome was not able to express the complex emotions the character needed... Kin was just Cruel !!! ... Dome was not able to make Kin vulnerable or sympathetic, so he was NOT Likable ! ...just Hateful!.... Compare him to Ken portraying Kawee "Sawan Biang", where no matter how mean Kawee's actions, I still felt his conflicted emotions, felt the regret and love inside of him despite the outer badness ... so the character was very interesting, sympathetic and thus likable !!! ---->> Supporting actors gave much better performances. ---->> Writers should Not have introduced a female villain (maybe it's required in lakorns :P) ....... ....... It would have been better if they explored the lead couple's love story w/ the 2 existing love triangles --> (w/ dead wife and w/ Akk). ----> the last few episodes dragged w/ lots of filler. :((
She is so funny and cute in "Sanaeha Sunya Kaen".... Her acting is natural and she had good chemistry w/ her lead....
Plus... She is Beautiful, sexy, and adorable !!!.
He's one of the funniest supporting actors !!!
Even when he he played a serious role , as a gangster in "The Rising Sun" , I could not help but smile whenever he showed up on screen.
Worth watching mainly for the Adorable second couple :

The third brother was my favorite character (after the adorable couple above)...and very sexy w/ his broad shoulders.
I found the plot intriguing but the execution of the story could have been better....they could have had more tension and passion, both for the vampire plot and for the romance plot.
Dome is very attractive on screen... He and Ploy look good together... also , lots of eye-candy, both male and female.
I loved her since I saw east of Eden... She is beautiful and a very good actress... and since then I wondered why she is not in some of the more popular dramas.. She is definitely better than most K-actresses.

I feel I need to go back and re-rate some of the dramas I watched long ago , b/c w/ experience comes better insight... and my impressions about certain aspects of dramas have changed.

... I saw some footage of him during the time he was filming and promoting this film, and I agree w/ you...He seems to have been greatly shaken by that scam and was probably still nervous while shooting.

BUT, these characters are very Complex. It is shown as bad behavior Not bad people - due to immaturity, impulsiveness, among other factors. Plus, his attempts at redemption were convincing, and did not happen over night ..... imo, this script handled the subject better than any other Asian drama I've seen (better than "Sealed w/ a Kiss", etc...)
---->>> The story is nothing special... A self-centered, immature, arrogant rich brat (Chaebol), being tamed by the love of a good woman. .... What makes this GREAT are the well developed Complex characters, the very tightly and very well written script, and the amazing acting that makes every scene compelling !!! ... All that adds layers to the surface story.
---->>> Every word in the Script is there for a reason !! .... it all helps explain the psyche of every character, their history and how their personalities effect every behavior....
Watching it the second time was even better than the first !
BEST thing: Tik and Aom P. .... good actors, both very good looking ... Tik was dashing in his younger days, never seen him look better than in here.
Good story, but draggy at times, could have been more concise.
The supporting characters could have been better ... especially the two guys following her ... very dull, uninteresting - in looks, character, and acting.
At least the token psycho female was Not delusional ! ...That's a huge Plus !!! .... She was only after his money.
WORST thing: The very annoying "screaming Dancers" from the club... Yuck!!!
I fast forwarded thru all their scenes, all senseless shouting...until the very end, where they are relative to the plot.
He's a great supporting actor... and very handsome.
Loved him as the bad-guy in "Roy Fun Tawan Duerd" but also loved him as the nice Gay boyfriend in "Proong Nee Gor Ruk Ter" ...
Too opposite roles and he played both very well !!!

Reading the Novel always makes the drama better for me.
I feel I need to go back and re-rate some of the dramas I watched long ago , b/c w/ experience comes better insight... and my impressions about certain aspects of dramas have changed.
