Haha exactly! They've never hated eachother. Maybe they have hated how eachother behaves at certain times, but its never pure hatred.

We are back to the 2 eps per day schedule for most of this upcoming week, until Friday. Friday and Saturday are both one ep per day unfortunately.

I really like the last point because that is exactly what I thought when I started seeing the lollipops coming into the scenes again!

He likes lollipops because Miao Jing gave it to him that time when his dad broke his mom's religious statue when they were younger. At that time, he threw it back at her and it fell on their floor between their beds; but we see later that he picked up the lollipop, placed it somewhere safe, and was treasuring it.

Now, it is such a beautiful reference to their past and how much he treasures Miao Jing. The lollipop at that time was her reaching out to him and giving him a sense of comfort and security, so him eating lollipops now to deal with stressful situations showcases how much something like a lollipop means to him - it still gives him comfort and security amidst his struggles.
