I think that is more of a difference between fans of Chinese BL & fans of Thai BL. Fans of Thai BL are used to weekly episodes while fans of Chinese BL/Bromance are used to daily episodes or multiple episodes a week, so a Chinese BL airing 1 episode per week is odd and it takes time getting used to it.
People do have a right to state their opinions, but it can be a bit annoying since some of them said that people will lose interest and drop the show, so it hurts a bit if you really like the show.
