i love how alan is using saving dean and kenta as his excuse to dealing with tony when it was a secondary thought,…
Maybe Charlie knew his memory was getting worse like what happen in the locker room after the final race and he decided to film the video, just in case. Charlie could make a better video lol he didn't explain who Tony was.
While Willy is rampaging through the xhunters with his special alpha power, an enigma is right there just running…
No, it was never explained that enigmas can immobilize alphas in the show. I don't know if that is like that in the book (I don't think so). Pete's power is just reading minds by touch, so he can't do anything physical on a person. The show doesn't explain the enigma class well. In the show, it looks like enigmas & alphas are both equally strong. They never define what an enigma is besides saying enigmas are rare.
I honestly also have a hard time feeling sympathy for Gao Tu. I do not understand willingly destroying your body,…
Definitely! He needs all the help he can get. It makes sense to me on why he is fine with destroying his body since he has that habit since he was a kid, so it is engrained in him. Plus, revealing his true self will put him into danger unless he has a back up plan.
In later episodes, there will be more reasons on why he keeps doing this and why he still keeps the job, not only because he is in love with his boss.
Do you want me to tell you or do you want to find out in later episodes (hopefully, they show it)? It is not a plot twist or anything major more like a little detail.
i’m not super familiar with the omegaverse like i’ve watched pitbabe and picked up bits and pieces from people…
As someone said before, Hua Yong is an enigma. He is not an omega. He is pretending to be one. The omega scent is fabricated. At the beginning of the first episode, his real enigma scent is so strong that normal inhibitor patches doesn't work, so his company manufactured scent injections where it inhibits his real scent and creates an artificial one. No, an enigma cannot naturally present as an omega without the help of inhibitors. He is not an omega. He just put on the scent of one.
So HY is manipulating SSY's pheromones to have him go into artificial heats or something so he can get pregnant??!…
Yep! When you say "it", do you mean sex? Yes, he needs to have sex for there to be a baby. Heats alone can't produce a baby. The heats help your body prepare for a baby before it comes (kind of like a woman's ovulation) and it gets your body in the mood of sex even more. A person is the most fertile during their heat.
Nah you guys can't try to sugar coat why Alan did what he did and then try to make him redeem himself, he'll always…
I guess it is because Alan wasn't captured yet when they finished the drug and they wanted to test it right away. Plus, they wanted to use Alan as hostage to get Babe to come back and they don't know if the new drug can kill Alan.
Also, Alan already have a drug inside of him, so 2 different drugs inside a person might not do well.
Kenta only has 2 scenes of him getting experimented on and being shown off to Tony's friends, showcasing his special power.
Kim also has 2 scenes. One of which was on a phone call, so we can only hear him and it was him being mad at Alan before Alan hanged up. The other one was during the group meeting when Kim told Jeff everything.
There will be the KimKenta rescue scenes next episode. It looks like they have at least 3 scenes together.
I genuinely wonder, dont the actors feel secondhand embarrassment acting in such a poorly written and illogical…
I mean if it pays the bills, it pays the bills.
Maybe some of them do (who knows), but they can't said anything bad about it since they need the jobs and the company that they are under are also producing the show, so they can be kicked out. Plus, the job also give them opportunities outside the show like Boys Journey or music deals, so we will probably never know how they actually feel unless the leave willingly.
Wasn't the reason Alan went to Tony was because of his own medical condition? Helping Dean and Kenta came after…
At first, he wanted to help Dean. Then, he realized he can skip surgery and be experimented on. Later, he wanted to help Kenta once he saw Kenta was captured.
Charlie still has amnesia, Dean is still in a coma, Kenta & Alan still have chips, and the skull-dissolving serum is not made yet, so a lot of loose knots that need to be tied up. I am curious on how they would do this.
Btw, Babe releasing Willy & Willy walking off is so cool! Willy was shown in the teaser of next episode, so I wonder how his fighting skills are.
As much as I do not like Alan's decision-making skills this season, I don't want him to die! I hope all characters besides the bad guys get happy closed endings rather than last season where some of the characters' ending were open like Kenta & Pete.
I have a question, If you are marked by an Alpha or Enigma does that mean you can not be with anyone else but…
Yep! That also means the same with the person that marked you, so it goes both ways. This is like this because the mark creates a strong hormonal & physiological bond between the 2 people, so it takes a HUGE toll on the body to break it. Plus, everyone will think you are taken even if you tell them otherwise, since the mark is someone claiming you like a wedding ring.
The actors are Chinese. I do not know if they will have a difficult time in China, but I heard that all 4 main leads are now under the same company and they have a good risk management team that will protect them.
I don't define myself as an "extra" fan by your description, but according to you, I am. I am defending them because there are new changes in case if you didn't know, not because they are GMMTV. I am not telling them to make a different story & plot because it goes with my taste, so why would I tell them to change if I like what they are putting out. If you don't like it, then of course, you tell them to change not me who have been liking the product. As for actors, they are using old actors like the Holy Trinity (most of them are in their 30s & been in the company for a decade), who have upcoming & airing shows. As majority of their actors are approaching their 30s, they need to make some changes like adjusting the plot to be out of school to fit the age.
Ah okay I don't watch a lot of shows, but the ones that I do watch tends to be GMMTV and don't really follows this plot line exactly or not at all, but the misunderstanding trope is really common in GMMTV shows and other non-GMMTV shows. I don't mind since misunderstanding is very common in real life, but it depends on how they show it.
I don’t know why any Chinese BL series would want to air for that long. Seems like a bad idea if the show gets…
I don't know why they did that. Maybe since a lot of money is put into this show, they want to lengthen the show's run, in order to boost popularity and get more money from viewership. Also, I heard that the show is fine from cancellation due to the show being sold & filmed in Taiwan and the author being super rich.
The Gao Tu story is our today's society. Those in bad relationships, those with dark skin colors, those that are…
For me, I do not compare my personal life with a character's personal life. I give empathy to a character's struggle, whether it is barely anything or the most traumatic thing, as long as the character is struggling or going through trauma.
I really like Gao Tu because I am interested in his story's development and how he deals with self love because he got none. His story will get more complex later on because he is paying for his sister's medical bills (since she can't work) and his father's gambling habits, so a lot of things are making him stay. Yes, society shouldn't be allowed for a person to deny their true self, but it is not easy for everyone to accept their true self, even as an adult, so it is interesting for me to see how will Gao Tu leave all that behind.
However, I understand why you don't like him since it is like he is choosing this life and all the bad things he is suffering from.
In episode 9, I found it quite unrealistic how Phi just decided to check out a random boat simply because he sensed…
Even though that was a silly decision, that makes sense for Phi to do that given his need to find the truth like when he was younger and going up to strangers talking about drugs lol
Maybe they thought the bad guys will shoot them and the panic set in and they jumped like they were going to earlier. I would do the same thing rather than surrender like escape while you can.
I can see how they can survive in the water since the bad guys missed the first few shots, giving them time to dive deeper and away from the boat. Bullets can still hit a person underwater, but it loses its speed by a lot. I am just wondering how long can they hold their breaths. As you said, it is dark, so maybe they swim far enough to go up to the surface where the bad guys can't see them due to the darkness.
Personally, I don't think the machetes would make sense since it leaves more of a mess compared to using a gun. Plus, guns are kind of legal in Thailand, so criminals do have access to those weapons and it is more efficient to use. Thai police have guns, so if you are doing a crime in Thailand, it is best in your favor to have the same weapons as the person you are fighting or better. I do agree that the action scene can be a bit better, but I think it is good enough for a non-action show.

Individually? Yes.
