When that person accused her i read that the tax bureau said they'll release the official result of the investigation. So if the re-investigation thing is true they should give an official statement by the end of the month or in february.

I think the only way her dramas can air at this point is if the tax bureau confirms that she didn't evade taxes. That would be the only good scenario, considering her reputation is already tarnished and she's still getting hate and malicious rumors about her everyday. So i'm just praying for it to happen..

Which if it's true, it explains why her other drama that was about to air in november didn't air. What i find odd is how i never saw that report all this time even tho i was checking on weibo frequently. It only appeared a few days ago. Now, someone said that the re-investigation takes 60-90 days, so actually there should be an answer by now. And if it's true we should only wait for an answer these days.

The novel was good but pretty toxic and angsty at times. It was written with lenses of the time. So i don't recommend it if you don't like red flag mls and angsty stories. Also it has explicit 18+ scenes. I liked the author's writing style tho.
But keep in mind that the drama will not be exactly the same with the novel. I saw from people who read the leaked script that they changed a lot of things.

The melon owner that first said about the everlasting longing airing said that the prisoner of beauty is still under the second review. There are not any news about the current stage of the drama. There are just rumors from people with no good intentions so i don't believe any of the rumors.

I think the one next will be the golden hairpin in february and after that tencent will probably release the glory. The prisoner of beauty still doesn't have a distribution license so it can't air yet

I read that tencent is trying to release their dramas that were on hold because of scandals and are okay now(everlasting longing, the golden hairpin, the prisoner of beauty). Everlasting longing and the golden hairpin already have rumored airing days for january and february. But the prisoner of beauty still doesn't have a distribution license and things with song zuer aren't completely clear yet. I read some rumors tho and i hope they're true but let's wait and see..

Yeah.. unfortunately it's difficult to return in the industry after a scandal even if you're innocent.. And song zuer's situation is complicated enough.. When her studio released the statement everyone expected a confirmation or confrontation from the authorities. But they didn't release or said anything even after 5 months, which is odd. But i guess they wouldn't let her studio just lie like that if it wasn't true(since they used their name in the statement). But many people still don't know about it or just don't believe she's innocent. She got a lot of hate since the scandal and even now they're bashing her. Even last month when she appeared at the airport, majority of people hated on her because she reassured her fans and because she was going to ski..
For TPOB honestly i don't think they're gonna give anything new these days(except for distribution license news maybe) since Deng Ke(the director) is in a tight situation too right now. So yeah, better not expect anything for the time being. But i heard rumors that they started making the OST for the drama 2 months ago. I found it weird how they are not done with the post production yet, since it was supposed to air the summer of 2024 but if it's true that the post production slowed down after each scandal, then it makes sense. Probably, it's also the reason why the drama hasn't gotten the distribution license yet.

No tencent didn't put prisoner of beauty in their 2025 dramas but that doesn't mean much as schedules can change. Created in china is an iqiyi drama and they haven't say anything either. Daylight entertainment is the production company that made created in china. They put it first in their 2025 dramas but they didn't share anything about song zuer(while they shared about all the other ml and fls) which worries me a bit. I don't think they can just cut her scenes since she's literally the fl and has a lot of scenes. But i don't know what they or her are planning to do... Maybe they're trying to stay lowkey for now since she hasn't return completely yet..

The only thing that gives me hope right now is that a few days ago liu yuning in his award speech said that he hopes his 2 dramas from tencent (the prisoner of beauty and cicada girls) can air in 2025. I don't think he would mention anything about his dramas if there was a possibility of them not airing. Also a month ago at the airport song zuer told her fans to wait a little longer and that she wants to continue acting so i hope she has her plans to return and we can watch her dramas. Good thing is, daylight entertainment put her drama created in china in their 2025 dramas.

I don't necessarily hate the changes but i just don't like how they removed every single support she had in the novel. She even had 3 servants not 1 and none of them ever died... And her family played a big part in the story too...

In the novel it was her family who helped her. Her mother didn't die. And she wasn't physically abused like this(at least most of the time). The drama did a lot of changes

No she never returned to her world. In webtoons/novels with this genre in most cases they don't return to their world. This webtoon was mostly a light romcom. I read it years ago so i don't remember if he found out or not but based on his personality i don't think it would be a big deal for him😅 I definitely recommend the webtoon

Think of it as taveling in a different dimension. All the characters act on their own will, not like fictional characters and that's how the ml falls in love with our fl anyway. There is not anyone who controls the story(at least in the webtoon)

No the writer is woman who won the mbc 2022 script contest. She's new that's why you can't find her probably.

If this drama can ever air, even if it turns out it's trash idc it'll still be the best drama of the year for me. I've been waiting for too long to even criticize it😭

Yes i know but i thought maybe she actually survived and that servant lied to him or doesn't know the whole story himself. They actually do a plot twist like that in dramas
