I enjoyed attending this ted talk :D ... perhaps the original poster hasn't watched season 1 and isn't aware of Hwang Si-mok's condition. If the main lead was any other way than he is in season 2, it would be too strange and out of character for him.

That depends on where you watch it. On iQYi, it has 40 episodes, having 45 minutes length each episode. On other platforms, it has 46 episodes, having 30 to 35 minutes length each episode. Both versions of the drama have exactly same content and same number of scenes, it is only the length of the episodes which varies. P.S. Same, their chemistry is coming off as so natural and is really suiting the mood of the drama. I'm already a shipper onboard, the main lead is so quiet and considerate of others, the female lead is very observant and has already pieced together the dynamics and angst been the musician friend trio. Loving the whole tortured main leads thing this drama has going on.
You can count on it, JY has been so polite and considerate towards SA from the start of the drama, that just 2 episodes in, and I'm already swooning and falling head over heels for these 2 characters

That was the thing that bothered me about the wedding too, none of them seemed to have aged a day, this was a messy and useless ending on top of an already deeply messed up show
