Same here, I was all set to mark this a 10/10, before the last 2 episodes aired. Oh well, it was still worth the watch

Since all the bodies from world B's serial murders by the doctor were hidden off in world A, the cases would have been marked as disappearances, no commonality was established between the disappearances in World B (before DW from world A showed up), so there wasn't any opportunity to look at them as one case and establish the link that they were all patients of the same doctor. I do find this disconcerting, I would agree with you. If so many patients of the same doctor keep vanishing, one would hope that someone would figure it out a lot sooner.

Chief Oh said that in every world with DW, SK dies, and their fate repeats. But SK realized that she had met world B's DW and in her world too, just like in world A, he gave her an umbrella, so she went to the bookstore, instead of going home. If she had gone home straight that day, she would have been home earlier than her father and would have died instead. Chief Oh had misinterpreted their repeating fate. Supposedly, their repeating fate is to meet each other and in each world DW saved her that day, and this somehow offsets what Chief Oh said. Personally, I'm inclined to agree with you that everything that happened in world A was repeating in world B, just on a delayed timeline, so by this logic, SK's life is in danger indeed.

The world C ending is what confused me the most. The SK whom DW met at the end was also from world B. For starters, what will those two idiots even do in world C, it has its own DW and I presume world C SK as well. I'm just going to tell myself that they go back to world B. Also, if the train was scraped, how were they even able to travel to other worlds. How did world B SK find world A DW in world C so easily. How did world A DW end up running away from world C DW and team. This random ending really ruined it for me.

I'm not 100% sure of my theory either. That Seo Kyung (A)'s stepbrother (B) killed her doesn't seem right, I feel fairly certain about him disposing the bodies though, since Seo Kyung's stepbrother (A) said that much in his confession, he witnessed the bodies being disposed at the train station. The mystery person who called Do Won from the train didn't sound like Seo Kyung's stepbrother, so it's possible that there really could be another hidden player yet to be revealed, just like you've predicted.
Moreover, given that the show didn't end this weekend, there must be some story and surprises still remaining. It's either that there is yet another murderer or Do Won won't be able to save Seo Kyung in world B and in the last 2 episodes, he'll go to world C, where he can save both Seo Kyung and his father and set everything right. This is probably wishful thinking on my part, I wish Do Won's dad would have a better ending in some world.
Another aspect to the drama is that majority of the victim's bodies are in world A, Do Won should bring them back to World B, that might be the focus in the remaining episodes.

We do know who was disposing the bodies via the train. In the very early episodes, Seo Kyung's stepbrother from world A said that a train comes and that he himself is the killer because he saw his ownself from world B disposing the bodies in the abandoned train station, the world A stepbrother said something like: it was me, in his confession from the very early world A episodes. Do Won later on realized that Seo Kyung's stepbrother would have seen his ownself from world B and that's why he said it was me, but also said all the stuff about how the train comes.

There is a separate version of Dr. Suk Min Joon as the serial killer in both world A and world B. In world A, the serial killings didn't start again after Seo Kyung and Do Won's father's murders. Seo Do Won A was contemplating on this with Seo Do Won B in episode 8 last week about why the serial killings didn't resume in world A, and Do Won B said that the Dr. Suk Min Joon from world A might already be in prison or dead, that world A and world B have diverged too much and are very different. In world B, Dr. Suk Min Joon is the murderer and his accomplice Lee Sung Wook (Seo Kyung's stepbrother) was the one disposing off the bodies via the train, Dr. Suk Min Joon doesn't know anything about the parallel worlds or the train. If he did, he wouldn't have been so mystified by Do Won still being alive, he would have concluded that he's from World A, instead he thinks he's having hallucinations because his disease has deteriorated. In the very early episodes, Seo Kyung's stepbrother from world A said that a train comes and that he is the killer because he saw his ownself from world B disposing the bodies in the abandoned train station. Now as to the question of who killed Seo Kyung in world A, if we follow all this logic, then what I expect would have happened is that world A Seo Kyung saw the train arrive and saw her stepbrother from world B throwing out the suitcase from the train and so her stepbrother from world B killed her

Same, the calendar got my hopes up that there is a new drama starting, what a bummer -___-

I suppose everyone evaluates on more than one criteria. I was over-simplifying, just to say that fancy CGI or overly complicated plot isn't necessary to make a perfect drama. In this one, I really liked the cinematography, aesthetics, story-telling style (the backstories, the revelations, misunderstandings, the pacing), OST, cast, script, basically everything, which makes it a 10/10 for me. That would be the long answer :)

Couldn't agree more. Most K-dramas turn the second leads into an over the top jerk to justify why the FL should be with the ML. I like that Eun Hee's boss was redeemed as a decent person, in fact he is quite the catch and I would have fully supported if Eun Hee would have ended up with him. Of course I adore Chan Hyuk, he is a real gem. But this is precisely what I like about this drama, it doesn't turn any one into a villain, everyone has flaws, nothing is black and white. We need more nuanced dramas and characters like these. Looking forward to future works from the screen writer.

I'm waiting for the OST to be released, loved that music so much which used to play at the end of the episodes and played on a few scenes as well.

Agreed, to me the 10/10 dramas (and this is definitely one of them) are the ones that were the most meaningful to me, simple as that

The drama totally had me when The Cranberries's Dreams was played. You've Got Mail is my gold standard, have watched it a million times. I have been nonstop listening to Lee Ba Da's Korean rendition of Dreams, it is well done

I second all of this. From next week's trailer, it seemed like writer is trying to throw a misdirection about who the father is, but ain't nobody falling for that, it's going to be Dae Oh, guaranteed.

I'm right there with you, loved episode 14 after the let down of episode 13... then came the truck of doom out of nowhere. What I additionally find annoying is when in this kind of situation, the female lead just cries and calls out for help. Pick up the darn phone and call an ambulance, put pressure on open wounds, freak out later. Arggghhhhh, why can't she at least just call a freaking ambulance. The driver staying the car is the most insane, plus the car should have been shown to have tried to break and also should have tried to swerve to avoid the hit and been unsuccessful in swerving far enough, that would be a lot more believable. I love the witty banter and the leads in this drama to pieces... it deserves better than this sloppy storytelling.

I don't think this has been explained completely yet, we got bits and pieces of information. What was revealed in this week's episodes is that he lied to the FL about his family background, she thought he was a struggling poor student like her. He appears to be from an uber-rich family and was kicked out without a penny, the reason for him getting kicked out wasn't clearly explained, but it sounded like his parents didn't approve of his career choice, they thought he wouldn't make it in the industry and would come back home. He never introduced the FL to his family and didn't tell her anything about them at all, as he said they wouldn't have found her to be good enough due to her poor family background. This being an embarrassment to her family part is what the FL overheard and was really upset about. There's also something about his mother being ill, so he had to return to his family (this is my guess) and that's why he broke it off with the FL. In one of the very early episodes, the 2N Box CEO said to Jae Hyuk that he never really went to the US, for studies this was briefly mentioned but wasn't explained further... so I'm just trying to put all the pieces of information together. On top of all this, Jae Hyuk seems to be mentally unstable, was seeing a psychiatrist before, is overly obsessed with FL

These two characters definitely rank in the worst of the worst list. Though I think psycho, obsessive and clingy ex-es/stalkers/second leads is a fairly common theme in k-drama land. One example I can think of off the top of my head is "About Time"
