dropped. not for me but dont get me wrong, this is a decent medical drama, not just the kind of medical drama that im looking for. since the main lead is a pathologist, expect to see lots of microscopic view of human tissues. if you're looking for surgeries and emergency life saving scenes, not here. but the drama in the life of every patient and personal issues of characters were quite interesting. if you're thirsty for eyecandies, Nomura Shuhei is here :)))) 7/10
the movie just pop up in my you tube suggestions and i ended up watching it not expecting anything. decent movie reminds me of 13 going 30 but with a twist. darren stole my heart with his killer smile. wallace still brings his classic charm but darren melt my heart. 7/10
if you watch SNL, this is like 3min boyfriend 100 times better lol. have your fone ready and set you speed dial to 911, coz i swear, it will cause you palpitation and difficulty in breathing
finally done with the series! kept comparing this (plot) with The Myth since both dramas happened in the same era (Qin Empire) aside from few familiar character, the sequence of how history happened were quite different. from the cast alone you can tell that this is a big budget production. awesome outdoor scenes, hundreds and maybe even thousands of extras. i did enjoy the story but the romance here is kinda messed up. if you're after the love story this will frustrate you. most of the not so smart decision made by the MC here was because of love. because of my frustration on how i want the love story to end, i end up not wishing for any romance at all lol. i actually think that it will be better if they just drop the romance plot since it kinda ruined everything lol. 6/10
im new to chinese period drama. this is my second period drama, the first one was The Myth. is it normal for chinese drama for the male lead to have multiple love interest? like every girl in the drama get to fall in love with the male lead?
ok, i really wanna say only good stuff about this but im still mad about how it ended. started really really good - awesome production set, passable cgi, great acting, good pacing, interesting storyline. But as it near the end, started to go downhill. specially the last 2 episodes. the worst is the last episode - horrible cgi and stupid ending. This is effin 50 episodes and it got ruined by that single episode SMH. its not a good idea to write reviews seconds after watching this since my emotion is still in its peak lol. im really really mad right now lol. give me back my effin 50 hours! (or less since its 45mins/ep)
i will rate this 8/10 from episode 1-49 and1/10 episode 50
this drama reminds me so much of professor umbridge "progress for progress's sake must be discouraged.."
If you dig science, you will definitely enjoy this. Jang Yeong Shil was like the galileo slash davinci of Joseon. i did enjoy the part where he create stuff but then he shares the story with King Sejong. They should have added political tag for this since its like 60% politics and the rest is Jang Yeong Shil's life. There's a little to almost no romance here. Was a bit dragging because of political plots, should have been made to 16 episodes. i guess they're trying to stick close to history/facts as much as possible coz i feel that the producers/writers hold back in their creative freedom to add fictional events in Jang Yeong Shil's life that can make the drama more exciting. 7/10 for enjoyment
Had the drama on my to watch list for a while now and am so glad I finally did watch it! There were no loose ends…
oh, actually im not sure which wedding is suicidal hermit referring to, but i dont recall any wedding in this drama or maybe i just didnt pay any attention at all lol
this season concludes the story about dr. han's mysterious condition/disease from season one. as expected great new cases. but i really hope that they just dropped the romance. its not just working for me. im not sure if its the female lead. i just find her acting stiff. or maybe that's how her character supposed to be. but if any other actres it might be different. RDW still deliver excellent performance and equally (maybe better) amazing here is AYJ. solid 8/10 in terms of enjoyment.
hmmm not the best but quite enjoyable. i love Hiro but i just dont dig his character here. they used a lot of reference from japan pop culture makes it difficult for me to get their jokes. and im not convinced with their action scenes, i think it could be better with better camera works and editing. gun fires looks so fake. im comparing their action sequences to koreans shows that ive seen, so far i find kdramas actions more exciting. i still yet to discover jdrama police shows that will surpassed those ive seen from korea
just pure laughter. the comedy (dark) may not be for everyone but i did enjoyed it. used lots of puns bordering to gag show humour. but still maintain its mystery theme.
i will rate this 8/10 from episode 1-49 and1/10 episode 50
