"You don't feel like a spectator. You don't feel like you're intruding. You don't feel like you're spying. You don't feel like an outsider! You get to know the characters, their ambitions, their wants, their needs, their emotions! It just feels like you are there going through life with them" this is exactly what this series did to me lol
still in tears while writing this...sobs TT... prepare to get drenched in tears for this. bittersweet ending. satisfying but the same time depressing. 9/10
im so happy that i came back for this. i actually drop this after 2 episodes because of some not so smart decisions of the MC. but starting episode 4 things really started to get better and just keeps getting better. One of those few police dramas that gave me satisfying feeling right after they solve a case. also great character development for some of the cast. and the ending, one of the best! a solid 9/10 for me.
i came back to this after putting it on hold for 6 mos. from where i left off around episode 3. i dont know if i missed something but i was waiting for the MC (SIG) to look for his father as the summary mentioned but nothing. also there there is nothing here about his detective brother... anyway it was a good show but still with same kdrama cliche like - child separated/looking for father, hoobae/sunbae relationship, corruption involving money, clash of son/daughter with parents. i can say that romance and police drama were balanced. 7/10
almost drop this because of the MC. I find his antics weird and a little over the top. but then there is DEAN. he saved the whole series for me lol. sexiest butler ever! :)
For the plot - the reasons the crimes were committed here were a little uhm shallow i guess. some situation were not just worth killing for but they made a crime out of it idk. but the way he solve the crime is sure impressive.
The ending didnt do it for me either. over all 6/10
too bad for this, I saw Border (jap drama) first before this so I can say that this fall way behind Border. too many cringe worthy scenes. it was good the first few episode but when they added demonic super powers to the ghost that kinda put me off. The romance feels so forced, i dont feel any chemistry at all between the two leads. the young ghost is annoying AF. and his team is the most incompetent team of detective ever. and also the camera works ugh! it can cause serious dizziness! i know that the camera man trying to make some scene mysterious and such but he failed big time, instead of excitement and suspense it cause me headache lol. 6/10
second season sure stay true from its first season. pure thriller and crime. almost dropped it in the middle but im glad that it did get on track after episode 7. CWS is enough reason for me to watch this lol, i just can't get enough of him haha. last episode did gave hint on possible third season :)
took me half a year to finish this. keep dropping because its painstakingly so dragging. i literally forced myself to finish this just to clear my on-hold list (a little ocd lol). i did skipped a couple of episode and a few scenes. the only good thing in this drama is PSH. and i have to mention the make-up is horrible. i sometimes lose my focus whenever they have a close-up shot coz all i can think of is how awful their make up is TT. also this is the most awkward second pair i have seen in a drama. not recommended, but if you're into fashion you might like this. 6/10
this took me almost 6 mos to complete since i dropped this after episode 5. but the ocd in me is screamin to not leave any unfinished drama in my list, so i decided to give this another try. and im glad i did, after episode 5 things got more interesting and i finished the rest of the drama in 2 days lol. I now understand how others regards this as one of the best. after watching this a lot of drama reference (made from here) started to make more sense to me. it feels like this drama started a lot of trend in today's drama. though there were some plot loopholes here and there, it doesnt take away from the enjoyment. can actually fit in 16 episodes, idk why they have to drag and stretch it to 20 episodes. 8.5/10
i almost drop this completely but Yuta keeps me coming back lol. why does it have to be in the warring period of japan? the war scene were ridiculous. but the food and cooking tho is lit. if cooking/food is your thing you will enjoy this, but if you want some epic scenes, this is just so-so. it does feels like Yuta is a supporting character since the story actually revolves around nobunaga/mitsuhiro. more like a history lesson than an actual drama because of the narration every few minutes. still enjoyable for passing time. 7/10
still the team to beat. korean drama seriously need to learn from japan on how to do medical operation in their dramas. i have no medical background but the way they do their operation makes me actually believe that they are real doctors, and whenever they open up a body it looks so effin real. really hopin for a 5th season. am i the only one who actually wish for a crossover of daimon michiko and asada?
this is by far the longest 72hours in kdrama world. 72hours that lasted for like 12episodes. watching the doctors and firefighters work nonstop made me feel exhausted too lol, i skipped almost 5episodes and jumped right to the last 4episodes and still felt like i didnt missed a thng and was able to follow the story. still a good watch but not for binge watching. 8/10
it feels like im very late having seen this just now. i have read and heard about this for a very long time but didnt get the chance to see it not until now. honestly not the best (for me) but definitely good. no wonder it was adapted/remake a few times in different countries. acting was brilliant, plot is very light, pure romance and no one tried to kill someone. it did get a bit dragging towards the end, but the happy ending makes it worthwhile. 9/10
im so glad that i gave this show another chance, i actually dropped this around 2nd episode. but after episode 4 it keeps getting better and better. one of the best character development i have witnessed. hoping to get a second season :)
very well made. i havent seen the original one where this was adapted from so i can't make any comparison. for someone who lives in the 90's, the soundtrack alone will definitely get you hooked up in this series. technically well made, pure mystery/thriller with a lot of heart. superb acting from the cast. deserves to have a second season.
started really really god, then i dont know what happened but fell flat as it near the end. it made me feel that the writer run out of ideas on how to end the story. wasnt fully satisfied on how some of the characters met their fate. i did enjoy the fact that it ended happily, but still left me a bit unsatisfied. 8/10
For the plot - the reasons the crimes were committed here were a little uhm shallow i guess. some situation were not just worth killing for but they made a crime out of it idk. but the way he solve the crime is sure impressive.
