I love Gag Concert. Even if I'm not in a drama burnout, I just love pretty much all the skits, especially King of Ratings, Three Friends, Badump Badump... The comedy is kind of repetitive, but it never fails to me make laugh.
I'd also mention 2 Days 1 Night. Despite the recent cast change, some moments are still awesome and the members are always hilarious :) I'm slowly getting into S3 and it's still a good watch.
Eyerolling at every possible variation of ~victim Su-bak~.
She created so MUCH mess during approx. 40 episodes (and even prior to the beginning of the drama's timeline) and now we're supposed to feel sorry for her? To want her to get back with Min-jung? Wake up, drama. Her mother still treats her like a freaking princess (omooo how can she be washing dishes) and wants her to chase after MJ again. I bet they wouldn't have that conversation if MJ was still a delivery guy. Now that his life is turning around, and he has some money, lets go after the man, because some other woman might 'steal him'. Su-bak should learn from her mistakes, be a better mother and a better daughter - and NOT go back to Min-jung. That's not redemption, that's just nonsense.
I'm totally not against remakes at all, but knowing the history of kdramas remaking jdramas (especially the awful Boys over Flowers), I think it's reason enough to not look at this with good eyes yet. But as other people have said, it might depend on the actors, the writing, the adaptation into the Korean context. I haven't seen Nodame Cantabile yet, but I've seen how Korea sometimes doesn't get the message of the original source, mainly from jdramas. We'll see.
Decided to just skip episode 6/7 since episode 8 has tolerable subtitles. XD. I hope I can find recaps of those…
I saw both of those episodes on darksmurfs and the subs were good :)

Hello Unni :3 Welcome to MDL! So happy to see you here :') I hope you have fun and discover tons of new dramas and movies to watch <3 Anything you need, I'm here!
I can´t believe the fake princess could kill her servant so easily. The servant was trained like Solnan and it…
It would be logical for her, as a trained spy, to fight back, you're totally right. Especially because it wasn't even a weapon in that situation per say, it was just a crystal ball LOL. How could SH throw something so heavy and just kill her from that distance, when they were even facing each other. Really odd scene indeed.

I guess they really wanted to get more blood on SH's hands... It'll come around eventually.
But the scene itself was very odd. She hit Naeun in the head with the crystal ball, but it hit NE in the back of her head like how, exactly??? She could have just stabbed her, it would make more sense.
After the latest episodes, I don't believe these two will be together. I have this niggling feeling that is increasing…
I am VERY curious to see what the King will do to Seolhee once he finds out. I hope he doesn't die before that D:
I bet SH will end up living with her father, isolated. I can't see her dying or being killed after the fraud is discovered. Idk, I have a feeling she will be 'redeem', at least in the smallest way possible and that is to stay alive.

The secret regarding Jinmu and Myongnong being switched might have a lot of consequences and we don't know how the writer will handle it. I sure hope Jinmu doesn't die, because that will complicate things even further.
The ideal ending would be MN ending up with SN (still believing in it) and JM getting the throne. I almost don't care where SH ends up, as long as she pays for her actions.

I hope there's a miracle and they end up together. Because I think if they don't, it might be a traumatizing experience (aren't sad ending always traumatizing).
Can they just set a definitive number of episodes or? We've had rumours that span from 15 to 35... That's a very…
I agree with both your comments (this and the above one). It's very confusing.
I'm basically watching just to see when and how they'll jump to 2005. But it seems at this rate, we might have to wait and wait and wait... It might be an unpopular opinion (which I don't think, since many people are starting to say it) but the drama is very slow but not in a contemplative way. It's like all the characters are just watching things happen or saying things, but nothing really HAPPENS. That is my frustration.

I didn't about that :) But there's also a rumour that this very drama will get a movie that will serve as 'closure'. Idk if it's true or if it's really happening.
Can they just set a definitive number of episodes or? We've had rumours that span from 15 to 35... That's a very big difference and to be honest, not knowing how many episodes we're gonna get, makes the viewing more frustrating (I'm already frustrated with this drama as it is; maybe knowing how many episodes we have left would help...)
(oh right and there's the talk about the movie. Oh dear.)
I'm watching this drama and loving it but I can't stand Kang In Ho. The drop that spilled the glass was when he…
Amen. That and pretty much everything In Ho does in relation to Da Jung. He already knows she has some feelings for Yul, but still he forces skinship on her - and that's just an example; he always looks bitter when Yul and DJ have scenes. The snowball fight? He started knowing damn well that they could have been seen. He says he wants to protect her, but she's the one who might end up suffering the most with his 'protection'.
It's totally fine to like her, but he needs to stop being so... pushy. She's not interested, period. And then the situation you mention pretty much applies to everything: she doesn't owe him anything, so he needs to move on and leave her alone.
Lets hope for an awesome ending for this awesome drama!

(aw man this rant felt good ^.^)
