It's an IRL tragedy, all around

Most disputes are settled out of court. The courts are there to mediate when necessary. Deals and their undoings happen when both parties agree that it's their own best option. And the current circumstances give Prada or any of the other brands an easy way out with little or no room for pushback from the guy who is losing a dozen or more—maybe two—deals right now.

My last attempt to respond to the evidence question was to explain that Prada—using one example—can cancel their contract because GM admitted fraud when they issued new public statements contradicting previous claims (e.g, yes, he actually did date KSR). And also because that admission invites any court of law to enforce Prada's rights in this regard, including penalty fees!

OTOH, a good way to refresh your spirits is to have fun with it! When ValS20 asked, "Umm Who is K-DIDDY??" I replied with this:

When I read in his post that he couldn't say anything, I assumed that he must have signed an NDA. My cynical take is that these thugs must be there to enforce it.

Forensics is going to upgrade a lot of what we don't know which will radically alter the narrative. Anyone & everyone who may be submitting falsified evidence or false testimony needs to be exposed!

The lottery has already occurred. I read they had a few seats available for handicapped and the elderly. I imagine all the entertainment media reporters are rushing out to rent wheelchairs and walkers!

If a company just willy-nilly dropped a contract for no good reason, then the other party (in this case GM) would have the right to file a claim for full compensation, even if their client doesn't complete his obligations. This is why we sometimes hear about buyouts.

And my take on the fact that KSH dated KSR is that he is morally but not legally culpable. I expect he will receive public humiliation and damage to his brand (he already is), but no charges will be filed against him.

That said, I fully agree with everything else in your post.

You are talking about your own standards vis-a-vis public opinion while I have been discussing legal standards.

Legally it is indisputable that KSH and GM have released fraudulent official, public statements which any court of law would recognize as such. And as such, KSH and GM would need to address this record of repeated fraudulent statements when prosecuting any criminal complaints against the family of Kim Sae Ron, the woman she referred to has her aunt, and the video blogger of Garo Sero.

Companies like Prada care about public opinion because the public are their advertising demographic and their customers. But they also care about legal standards. When companies like Prada seek to break contracts with brand ambassadors like KSH, they use courts to enforce their actions. This is why legal definitions are important. Legally, Prada is able to break their contract with KSH AND claw back money from him BECAUSE his FRAUD violates the morality clause in their contract. And I have heard that this contract stipulates that KSH MUST pay them 3X the amount he was originally paid. And the courts will enforce this because—by his own admission—KSH has committed acts of FRAUD.

Not everything said against KSH is negativity or hate. Some of it is merely factual.

Anyway, you do you. I don't mind or care about what you personally think or believe. I support you in coming to your own conclusions in your own timing. Peace.

Not so. Normally in a court of law testimony is not the same as Real (hard, concrete) Evidence.

EXCEPT when the person giving the testimony changes their story by giving new testimony which contradicts their previous statement(s).

So by issuing public statements and then issuing new statements which contradicted their previous ones, Gold Medalist has elevated those statements to qualify for the legal standard of FRAUD at the level of REAL EVIDENCE (not circumstantial.)

3) Yes, GM did initially deny it was him in that photo before admitting it. Read GM's past statements to see for yourself that what I say is true.

GM has released multiple (8 or 9) statements over the past 2 weeks. Many of these statements contradict previous ones. These subsequent statements include admissions that previous statements were lies. That these lies were contained within official statements issued by KSH's Studio elevates these lies to fraud.

IOW, the mere act of publishing KSH's lies into a formal public statement issued by his agency, those lies are elevated to fit the legal definition of fraud. Any court in SK would recognize this.

QED: KSH is an established fraud and serial liar.

It is undeniable that in any court proceeding, KSH's attorneys would need to argue why their claims should be heard despite their own track record of issuing fraudulent statements.

It is already undeniable that Kim Soo Hyun is a liar and a fraud. This has been established by his own admissions. KSH's image has suffered significant damage due to his fraudulent statements repeatedly being exposed as lies.

He never dated KSR (until he did)
He never visited KSR's apartment (until he did)
That wasn't him half-naked wearing KSR's mother's blouse while washing dishes in that photograph (until it was)
etc. etc.

Brands like Prada aren't dropping KSH because people are saying bad things about him. They are cutting ties with him because of his own admissions that he has repeatedly lied to protect his image and to preserve his self-interests at the expense of the truth, and at the expense of his victims.

He's had a couple previous controversies. His co-star from the movie Real (2017), Sulli, suffered media attacks not unlike Kim Sae Ron until she too, took her own life.

And KSH's brother who produced and directed that film is also the CEO of KSH's studio, Gold Medalist. This man has changed his name at least twice, and KSH has previously misrepresented this brother as a cousin. I wonder why? 🤔

This is finally beginning to enter the news cycle. @Tanya852 has just posted above your post a cryptic message from Sulli's brother hinting of upcoming revelations. As KSR deserves justice, so does Sulli. May they rest in peace!

This! When more accusers contribute their own stories of KSH's misbehaviors, the less his strategy of defaming KSR will be effective.

I know he is a liar and a fraud. I know that when caught in a lie, he continues to lie. I know he has something to hide (by lying). This has been established by his own admissions.
