She didn't even expect to be reunited with him in heaven due to her own sins. And you believe he should be damned for all eternity to never know the intimate touch of a beautiful young woman, even when his elderly wife is OK with it? Whatever. You do you.

Heavenly Ever After isn't perfect but it's unpredictable & heartwarming. It's also a showcase for 83 year-old actor Kim Hye Ja, who is brilliant.

Som-i occasionally emits black vapors revealing her hell-bound destiny, but sure—I was speaking figuratively when I called her a succubus. I did not disparage Nak Jun. You're right—he's a gem. But it's not adultery if Hae Suk gave permission. While I personally think open relationships are creepy, who am I to judge what consenting adults decide is best for themselves? His wife is a crone, he spent most of his life paralyzed, and there is an attractive young lady in the house. I don't see him having a fling as much of a problem. That said, I can also appreciate him remaining true to his vows.

I dunno. She told him before to do what he wants, and I really expected him to have a fling with his hellacious succubus Som-i. And why not? He missed out in life. But he proved his loyalty by following her to hell & jumping into 8000℃.

The casting is excellent. It's worth watching for Kim Hye Ja alone. The show isn't perfect IMO, but it hits a lot of good notes, is heartwarming, and defies expectations—which is refreshing.

There is nothing "red flag" about expressing a personal preference, which is entirely different than espousing general biases or social restrictions.

You chose wisely. Women should be free to pursue either and/or both a career & domestic life. As with everything else, it's a question of balance.

In USA more women than men are presently enrolled in college and while glass ceilings still exist, females can thrive in just about any role or profession they are drawn to. OTOH, many realize only too late that they would have been more fulfilled in a traditional role than working under fluorescent office lights all day, while competing in the rat race. Directing women into careers can be as detrimental to their personal well-being as can limiting them to the role of housewife or mother.

It's not on Netflix for me in USA. Go figure 🤷🏻‍♂️

Considering Netflix released S1 and S2 back-to-back, I don't really understand the need to lighten it up or tone it down. Especially considering how the villains escalate (S2 deals with gangs while S1 revolved around school bullies), I think this was a mistake. The brass knuckles should have come out much sooner.

FWIW, I think LJI is a fine actor. Her efforts contributed to my enjoyment of Racket Boys. This Director's comment reminds me of a technique which creeps use to pick up girls, by negging them before following up with a compliment:

'Director Kang Hyung Chul praised Lee Jae In, saying, "It's not that she was some kind of exceptional acting genius, but she handled the action sequences so excellently that she received a lot of applause on set."'

I’m not a gambler or a math surgeon, but I think the random odds of all of them being Lees (using your estimate) is around 1 in 2 million.

Has GM CEO Lee Na Rang set up a gofundme for his brother-cousin yet? Wouldn’t KSH prefer that his fans donate their money to his legal defense fund? He can’t pay his penalties or legal expenses with virtual flowers.

KSH & GM’s money will have run out before Disney gets their turn, but then again they probably already realize that he won’t be able to pay the damages, regardless. So less publicity is preferable.
