To the best of my understanding, we only have five established facts about this scandal:

1) they dated
2) he was in her apartment
3) his is the guy in that one photo
4) he initially lied about 1-3
5) she took her own life on his birthday (no one is suggesting otherwise)

Everything else is prima facie evidence (taken at face value but as-yet unverified), unproven allegations, conjecture, and/or slander.

I do not disagree but his initial denials followed by retractions was not a good foundation for an innocence defense. I also hope he does not reach the point where he believes a fatal choice is his best or only option (as Saeron tragically did)!

Choi Gyu Ri was both adorable & powerful in MMH, and I'm ready to watch anything she does. The more screen time, the better, so a FL role would be perfect!

After the forensics examination is complete, they should hold another press conference. They should invite all the media, and release their evidence directly instead of via Garosero's YouTube channel, as they have been doing.

Hopefully by now this would be considered newsworthy by the media, so they will attend and report on it. And whether or not the controversial Garosero also attends or reports wouldn't matter.

And if GM also has something to present, let them hold their own press conference too. But I hope whatever content they submit gets analyzed first as well.

And I hope each party is selecting a forensics analysis team whose reputation is above reproach.

According to that article, Garosero reframed the marriage & abortion rumors from KSR's friends' perspectives. He reported that a bunch of them got together at KSR's Mom's house and talked all through the night.

It starts out as farce but the absurdities mostly subside as the rom finally enters the romcom. My enjoyment continues to increase with each episode.

If you just want to know about Knock Off, it has been delayed (not cancelled) pending a final decision by Disney. The poster and the date have been removed from this page. (It wasn't the real poster anyway.) Production for Knock Off 2 has been cancelled. We don't know anything else.

What is true is that GM lied three times when they said KSH & KSR didn't date, he didn't visit her apartment, and he wasn't the half-naked dishwasher. These lies are included in GM's public statement #2.

The moment we learned those were lies was when GM admitted that yes they dated, yes he visited her apartment, and yes he was the guy in the photo. This moment is also when that photo became proven to be authentic because GM admitted it was. These admissions are included in GM's public statement #3.

So we have four facts total and no more:
1) yes they dated,
2) yes KSH visited KSR's apartment
3) yes KSH was the guy in the butt-naked dishwasher photo
4) GM had previously lied about 1,2, & 3 in a public statement

If GM had lied even once it would provide grounds for any brands to cut ties with him. GM's admissions enabled the brands confidence that they could do so without fear of consequences of a countersuit for breach of contract. IOW, GM lost their rights to sue the brand partners for breach of contract the moment they admitted they had engaged in fraud by lying.

"innocent until proven guilty" is a legal right in the court of law. It has no bearing on public opinion, even though it is still a polite & good practice for people to wait for evidence before passing judgment.

It is polite but not required in a court of public opinion to say KSH is innocent of dating KSR because that allegation has not been proven and there are no established facts, only speculation.

None of the other allegations—from either side—can be taken as fact (yet). None of the other photos or other media—audio, video, her diary, etc.—are evidence (yet) because they haven't been proven to be authentic. Some might be proven at which time these will become evidence. And this evidence will substantiate someone's allegation and then that will be upgraded to fact.

The family has submitted some media to be verified by forensics. I haven't heard, but GM is likely doing the same. We do not know how long this will take, or whether any of will be proven to be authentic or whether any of it will become evidence.

I saw Healer after having watched a couple of her other more recent dramas, wasn't paying attention to the casting, and didn't event recognize her. Until that wedding guest scene when she had a glamorous makeover and suddenly there was the PMY from those other series. That was a memorable moment, for me.

Which is a perfectly cromulent thing to do.
