I read from elsewhere that once evidence is made public it may lose some credibility when presented to the court.…
While heresay certainly can lose credibility in court after public disclosure, a diary is considered Real (aka hard) evidence in a court of law. Whether or not they reveal its contents, it could still provide excellent support for them in both their defensive and offensive lawsuits. Certainly KSR's recording of the start date of their relationship will very relevant. (This is one reason why I am very surprised that GM has filed a criminal—not civil—lawsuit against Garosero and the family.)
5 mins into the 2nd episode and i was rooting for the cancer cells so that the FL can leave the drama.
🤣😂💀💀
I'd actually like to see that!
She waged a battle with cancer. (Her battle mostly consisted of laying there with a thing in her arm while she watched tv and gradually lost all her memories.) After her cancer finally won, it took over her company as the new CEO.
"Hi. I'm the new boss in charge of telling people what to do. Where's my desk? My name? Cancer. Brain Cancer. Pleased to meetcha! Somebody bring me a latte!"
In The Divine Comedy (AKA Dante's Inferno) the worst, most central part of hell is reserved for those who betray and abandon their loved ones. (Not that he ever truly loved her, but she certainly was led to believe that he did!)
Even it true, it does not excuse what he and his agency did to her. And it won't ever change the fact that she…
I think it's time to bring up Sulli again in a big way, Her story is tragically similar to that of Sae Ron's.
Sulli is connected to KSH and his brother, the CEO of GoldMedalist and producer/director of Real (2017) in which she co-starred alongside KSH. Sulli suffered a huge media and and online bullying campaign against her afterwards, and ultimately she too took her own life.
KSH never gave her an iota of support, neither did his brother.
@JulySnow2 has been working hard posting this information in the comments on various MDL pages, but I think the global online media who are reporting favorably on this scandal need to make the connection and amplify it!
He's trying to slap cases on the family with insignificant things that don't matter to him so that they will get…
💯
SLAPP suits (Strategic Litigation Against Public Participation) are lawsuits intended to censor, intimidate, and silence critics by burdening them with the cost of a legal defense until they abandon their criticism or opposition.
If the family launches a legal defense fund, I will donate!
Sae Ron's story is an IRL Tragedy. In her final moments she was in a horrible place and made a fatal choice. She may have felt that this was her best option, or she may have believed it was her only option. Because this is an IRL tragedy, I'd like to believe that anyone who learns her story can find a way to deeply empathize with her.
And regardless of whatever by whomever may have influenced her fatal choice—and unless and until some IRL plot twist introduces a murder narrative (which is IRL Makjang but I am not suggesting this)—she confronted the choice to become her own victimizer & victim. That she pushed forward with it is totally tragic!
I hold hope to see exposure of anyone who unduly influenced Saeronni's fatal choice. If KSH unduly influenced her, I want to know how much. If the mystery husband exists and unduly influenced her I want to know that too. And how much. And the same goes for anyone else.
It's too soon (if ever) to call Kim Soo Hyun an IRL villain. Maybe—if exposed—he will still deserve some measure of redemption. And maybe he will then deserve some degree of comeback. It's too soon to say because Sae Ron's story hasn't fully come out, yet. I hope it does, soon.
Yes we've reached that part of the irl Makjang (ep 12-14 ish) where story begins dragging with a PREDICTABLE added…
KSH isn't stepping outside let alone crossing any streets. I hope KSR's family do likewise! This is usally the episode where the White Truck of Doom makes an appearance.
FWIW, they are not showing up on KSR's profile page, either.
MDL is part of the entertainment-media culture. KSH is one of them. He is not only the highest paid actor (or was, until now), is a top advertising brand ambassador (or was, until now), and is himself a studio executive (he owns GoldMedalist, run by his brother).
Perhaps the most important reason is that his stardom drives a significant percentage of traffic to this site.
Kim Soo-hyun said it couldn't possibly be him in the kitchen photo... and has now admitted that it was him in…
Only a lawyer or a narcissist could say with a straight face, "Our client who never dated Sae Ron nor ever visited her apartment is subject to embarrassment & fear of sexualization by people viewing the nudie pic of him in her apartment!" 🤣
FWIW, they are not showing up on KSR's profile page, either.
Right. That's the most recent one from last April. But none of the recent MDL articles over the past week or so are attached to either of them:

A Chinese company considering legal action against KSHhttps://news.nate.com/view/20250321n00013So, more and more…
I hope someone is keeping track of all his cancelled endorsement deals. I'd also love to see some industry insiders' estimates of the total penalties KSH will be forced to pay!
