Start to watching but why they change shen Juan tattoo shop into jewelry shop it makes sj less cool and because…
They changed the storyline quite a bit. In the novel, FL is a badass and basically a loner. Should not read the novel if you are watching this drama - I for one did not enjoy the drama.
As someone who's own mother shares a lot of the same characteristics as Eun Mi maybe I do have a bias. I'm Jin…
Usually, when a drama hits too close to home, I tend to skip it entirely. From my perspective, Eun Mi comes across as a flawed, selfish woman with traits that I cannot relate to. You have got to give it to Jin Hee for tolerating most of the things her mother throws at her. She has a lot of resilience in her. Isn't it strange that she does not discuss her work or her personal issues with her mom - they are supposed to be best buddies!! At least, I have not seen any interactions where she looks up to her mom. It is usually the other way around where Jin Hee is the one taking care of her mom. She rightly told Jin Hong that her mom needs a minion to boss around!
It is unfortunate that the scriptwriters didn't grant more screen time to Jae Won and Jin Hee, not only to explore the romantic aspect but also because they form an exceptional pair. I can't say that I found enjoyment in watching this drama - I skipped a lot of scenes (especially those of Jin Hong and Park Song Hoo).
I don't understand taking a dislike to well written realistic characters. Somehow it doesn't make sense to me.…
I wouldn't label Eun Mi as my absolute favorite character, but I don't hold any negative feelings toward her either. This stems from the understanding that as humans, we all have our imperfections. What I perceive as an ideal personality might diverge from someone else's perspective. If Eun Mi had embodied the image of a flawless mother, characterized by constant selflessness, unwavering stability, and the suppression of her own physical desires to avoid judgment or criticism from others, it would have likely resulted in a lack of intrigue. Her character's complexity mirrors the depth inherent in regular human beings.
I gotta stop complaining about the mom. She won't change >_< But I think the writers f***ed her character up.…
This drama is what it is – a one-time watch for me. While it began on a high note and I initially enjoyed the dynamic relationship between Eu Mi and Jin Hee, the writers unfortunately mishandled Eu Mi's character as the story progressed. At times, I get the impression that she's toying with Jin Hong and not fully committed to their relationship. The only saving factor of this drama was Jin Hee and Jae Won - sadly their relationship was not explored. You are right - I too feel that they will get together in the last 5 minutes of the show.
The Murderer - an alternative ending(part wishful think too)Jin Hong is the murderer & Eun Mi is his partner in…
It is a pleasant dream :) Judging by the next episode preview, Eun Mi will be hurt, and Jin Hee will go frantic again. This drama seems to be stuck in a repetitive cycle. They should have apprehended the stalker by now but since they do not have much of a storyline other than Ajumma and Oppa finding love again, they will be dragging this out until the very end.
I am sorry, but I genuinely didn't find it humorous when Jin Hong and Eun Mi laughed at Jin Hee's misunderstanding of the relationship between Jin Hong and Jin Eun. What was so funny about it? I still do not see any emotional connection between Jin Hong and Jin Hee. All Jin Hong is interested in is Eun Mi. Period. Also, did I mention that I dislike the actor and the character Jin Hong? I believe I did, and I will continue expressing my dissatisfaction with him until the very end.... sigh! He is the most uninteresting individual in the history of Kdramas that I have watched.
he needs better stories. The best ones he did so far where Arsenal Military Academy and Once Upon Linging Mountain.…
Agreed - the last drama that I enjoyed was "Arsenal Military Academy." However, "Falling into Your Smile," despite its popularity, was not something I enjoyed. I prefer him in modern drama.
I am the only one waiting for Jin Hong to put his foot down?! I understand he broke up with her but he was 17…
Well, I highly doubt he would have any reaction. He should have already shown signs of fury when he learned that he is a father, but he remained emotionless. Judging from the trailer, he is also going to avoid any confrontation between Eun Mee and his sister. This guy is nothing but a listless pathetic human.
Completely aligned with your post! I concur that it might be beneficial for Jin Hee and Eun Mi to contemplate…
Unless Eun Mi finds a partner or gets married, she will continue to rely on Jin Hee emotionally. I believe the underlying problem is that Eun Mi doesn't realize the extent of her emotional dependence on Jin Hee. She tends to treat her as if she were a punching bag, unloading her emotions onto Jin Hee without considering the consequences.
I wonder why they named this drama "Not Others." Is it to focus on a mother-daughter-exclusive relationship? If that's the case, then I'm unsure how both of them will end up with partners. Jin Hee has to let go of her protective instinct and trust that Jin Hong or anyone her mother selects as a partner, will take care of her mom. Eun Mi should allow Jin Hee to live her own life without interference.
Jae Won is so cute. I love his interactions with Jin Hee. I need more!
I love Jin Hee's interaction with Jae Won. Jae Won is usually left speechless in most cases. She will have him wrapped around her little finger if they end up in a relationship.
