Haha true! Makino never fixed Domyoji nor loving him makes him change. She takes her damn time to finally acknowledge that she already fall for him. And that after Domyoji proves himself and after be a real functioning human being. Oh it makes sense if you hated korean version, but loving the vibes of F4 Thailand LOL. Cuz the F4 Thailand vibes is more on Hana Yori Dango jp version. F4 thai so strikingly similar to Hana Yori Dango, even scene by scene. So yeah, I recomend the japanase version Hana Yori Dango 2005. Beside that, She Was Pretty japanase version also really good and has the same vibes with Hana Yori Dango minus all the overal toxicity in HanaDan LOL
Haha my thoughts exactly. But Hana Yori Dango 2005, proves me that this kind of plot line could works and could make the best love story in TV drama. But yeah, this kind of story isn't for kids. Idk what version did you watch, but this version for me strikingly very similar to Hana Yori Dango drama (jp ver). The bullying are (always) brutal. But I think since it follow HanaDan footstep it'll be good, cuz imo HanaDan is the only version that isn't problematic and toxic as much as the other version. I think the love story will be more on emphasis here just like HanaDan. So I do really recomend it, it's more grounded and real too

I watch some part the taiwanese long time ago so I forget most of it and can't make myself to watch it again now, cuz I'm scared of the huge amount of eps LOL. Yes the acting of all japanese ver cast, especially Mao Inoue as Makino and Matsumoto Jun as Domyoji are superb. Trust me. I know what you feel now, cuz I'm a 25yo woman, watched Hana Yori Dango in 2021 and I HATE Domyoji (Thyme) by passion at first. I'm so happy when Makino (Gorya) punchs him LOL. And Domyoji was even more violent and crazy than Thyme. But he redeem himself, or at least we know the reason. By the end of Hana Yori Dango season 1, I have fallen for Domyoji XD BUT I'm not defending his action, he is indeed crazy-animal-monster and I never ever want a man like him LMAO. But at the end of HanaDan series I really believe that Makino (Gorya) and Domyoji (Thyme) really are destined lovers that meant to be. HanaDan is trully a has wonderful love story. Seeing how F4 thailand follow HanaDan narrative, I'm so hopeful F4 thai can be as good as Hana Yori Dango (2005, 2007, 2008).
