the show LOOKS so good but the story has been so lacking... i'm gonna be honest, i watch for the romance, i don't really care much for the whole dad kidnapping storyline, but not even the romance development makes sense on this one lol it did not feel natural for them to kiss, all we've seen is khanin being extremely childish and abusing his power to have charan by his side. i think the writers were like "write in the tiniest hint of a smirk in there so we can say charan is enjoying it despite every other action and sentence coming out of his mouth saying otherwise" but as a viewer, it still did not convince me, it feels like charan is babysitting khanin at all times...
it's so unbelievable to me that such a popular and loved couple as earthmix would accept to be a part of such a bad show. it's not like they had no reference, as this is an adaptation... i dropped it on ep2 back when it was released and picked it up today cos i exhausted my options of what to watch but i still skipped episodes and scenes... not worth it
faifawine did not disappoint at all, they are the best story already 3 eps in!!!!!!! i look forward to their episodes all week, they are sooooooo cute! and their characters are full of fun unpexcted surprises and personality traits (for example, i was not expecting wine to turn faifa's game of teaching love around on him) i think i know where they're going with the story and then they do a 180 and it's always better than expected! the only thing that i'm worried about it that they seem to have almost confessed to each other in this past ep at the end, but there are still 5 episodes left which means all can't be good for much longer, i wonder when tor will come to ruin the peace... when wine told faifa he might still have feelings for tor, i wonder if he was just saying that cos he hasn't liked anyone else, the same goes for when faifa said "when i do catch feelings" when its clear he already has and for so long, i wonder if he really believes he hasn't because he's never been in love but then again he has been flirting with him non-stop? and has kissed him twice already? ... anyways some inconsistencies but they're just too cute not to love, it's also been so nice not to have as many scenes with side characters as they had in the past stories
on episode 4 of this and currently considering dropping... why does it seem like there is no plot? idk i feel like i've watched a whole lot of nothing, and i still don't know the main characters enough to care about what happens to them
i can't pretend to dislike this show. there are quite a few things in this episode that made no sense or were so unrealistic it made me laugh, but i like the characters and their dynamics so much hat i actually feel super sad we're this close to the finale

i thought the same thing when i was about to start thk, but i found myself loving his character - he did actually improve and is now quite good at comedic scenes, but unfortunately he does still lack a lot in emotional/more serious scenes. i think we got lucky that his character kinda takes charge of the comedy aspect of the show, and often has a more light-hearted attitude even in tougher situations which definitely makes it easier to ignore his not so great acting. i've got to say though, i think phuwin a worse actor than dunk, but joong is a better actor than pond and that definitely does not work in dunk's favour...

father/uncle is a bit much 😭 he definitely looks older than them so i get what you mean, but i feel like people are seeing jinta from cherry magic in this role. i think he fits this role so much (the cheerful, playful type) which is why they casted him but he does look his age (late 20s) and everyone else has the babiest of faces in this show (especially gun), and it does not help his case at all. i’m hoping juniormark get their own series and it’s not set in school or university, as it would be much more believeable.

i haven’t even finished the episode cos i needed to get this out after those first 15 minutes, but i don’t even care that i’m learning about that kiss from you cos nothing is making sense already, so i’m not surprised they threw another kiss in there just for fanservice… i see some people talking about how troubled he is and it really bothers me because it really, really doesn’t justify it. if you’re that troubled, you need to work on yourself before getting someone innocent involved in your confusing mess. i just watched the bit where he’s at home with his brothers and i read a comment calling newton out for calling yotha selfish for leading gun on, but that is exactly what he is. he wants to have everything from gun, but also pick and choose when that happens. and don’t get me started on yotha asking gun if he would be sad if the answer is no and him saying no with the biggest smile on his face?? that made no sense and really made gun’s character unrealistic to me. lovebombing is exactly the word i was missing, it describes whatever they got going on perfectly. yotha does all that then shuts him off — any person would be exhausted and distraught by this, but of course they want them to end up together so they made gun out to be this emotionally attached and super naive boy that gives in as easily as kids to sweets. it’s so annoying to watch.
