coming back to this drama’s mdl page after seeing a tweet about its 3rd year anniversary. i watched it in 2020 as it was airing and remember being SO excited for it and how devastating it was to feel that excitement gradually going away because of how poorly executed this drama was… you encapsulated all the feelings i remember feeling back then in this one comment! the main actor and actress are two of my favourite actors and i remember absolutely loving their performances and chemistry story-aside, which is the only reason i can find for such high rating in reviews above. i, for a split second, was almost convinced in picking it up once again wondering if i simply wasn’t remembering it correctly, but it all came back to me once i read this lol, thank you for saving my time!
genuinely surpried with the amount of negative comments, jade being annoying and naive is the only thing that's not so great but there are soooooooooooooooo many more BLs with much higher ratings that are SO much worse. king-uea chemistry still strong and steady, new side couple is cute and main is not too bad aside from, again, jade's exagerated reactions. you just have to watch it with the mindset that this is a comedy more than anything, some scenes r stupid but it entertains me, at least!

yea ngl i skipped them and didn't even watch them after, i'm genuinely uninterested in them... i only pay attention to subs as i skip past in case any conversation leads to more info about other characters' past and why they behave the way they do but it's just been cutesy stuff which i'm VERY confused about since we all saw last week's episode lol
this episode just showing how sandray's storyline is the most interesting one and that they're the ones worth rooting for, i had to skip mewtop's scenes at some point because it's not enjoyable to watch them knowing what top did (and why was he mad watching boston and nick fool around? i don't trust him at all) and also because the acting and chemistry is just not comparable to sandray's actors
ngl, i love the dynamic between the two and that it doesn't feel like one is submissive to the other but i'm a bit annoyed they made them trust each other and be so close so fast. one episode ago this person was treating you like dogshit, and you're okay to be best buddies out of the sudden? idk, when we got sailom having flashbacks of the things kang had said and done i thought he wasn't going to hop on the bike so kang would've realised he needed to prove himself to be worthy of sailom's trust, as he could've well taken him somewhere and beaten him up, which would've made perfect sense considering his past. i think, in addition to that umbrella scene, they're gonna make sailom know kang for all those years and "know the kind of person he is" because he knows he didn't use to be like he is now, but still, that clearly doesn't mean he's not capable of doing things now and he shouldn't trust him so blindly. overall, i think they wrote their development a bit too fast since it's only ep 3, which definitely means we're getting some crazy plotlines to fill all those episodes... i just hope we don't have to go through an excrutiating wait between them being friends and becoming something more, since we still have so much to watch.
