actors playing top and mew (esp mew...) are simply not as good of an actor as the rest of the main cast and it gets a bit painful to watch sometimes, esp because for some reason so much is centered around them. i'll be annoyed if they make ray have feelings for mew for long because they make no sense together, nor there it seems to be a reason for ray to like him at all as there isn't even much chemistry as friends. boston is the messiest character without a doubt but he's gonna make this so much more fun to watch, and nick is all soft until he isn't, raysand are my favourite couple chemistry wise but i know boston and nick are the ones that will make this whole thing a lot more interesting
I am absolutely l o v i n g this drama, it has been one of the best dramas of the year for me. I can, however, agree with most of the comments as I'm dying to see some jinhee and jaewon progress. it hasn't been annoying me that much in the past few episodes cos I love the bickering phase and I knew from the beginning their romance isn't the main plotline, but now that we have 3 episodes to go... I'm just afraid we'll get something either really rushed or barely nothing at all. we've definitely gotten some suggestive scenes, but i'm a bit bummed we haven't even gotten one realising one has feelings for the other or being in denial but knowing it deep down, even though I'm pretty sure we're getting it tomorrow from the looks of the preview, just think it should've been earlier... aside from that and contrary to popular opinion, I actually really like eunmi and jinhong, I don't think we should expect her to be the most mature woman in the world, considering what she's been through and how her situation robbed her of her youth, but I hope they don't plan to take the whole "jinhee is my daughter only!" thing until the very end cos at some point they need to address that this is her biological father and I hope at the end of the day he wants to be that for her despite how long it's been... I think he's been focused on eunmi only out of respect for jinhee but I would like them to show that he is also secretly longing to form that relationship with his daughter. anyways... improvements should've definitely been made, but as I said I've been enjoying this drama sooo much, it's very comedic but not corny at all and concerns a very different concept from all my past dramas.
currently watching, a huge fan of the enemies to lovers troupe but i personally think they’re taking way too long to develop any kind of feelings. i’m in the 6th episode and there has not been a single moment between them that implied that they are falling for each other, they just put music over the most mundane scenes to make us think so, but if we as viewers didn’t know they were the main couple, it would be normal to think they simply are never getting along. the fact that ML is still very much not over SFL is also very tiring, cos it almost makes it seem like the romance is between them and not the leads... i’ll come back when i finish it, but as of now, i’m just waiting for them to start looking like more than friends who bicker all the time
