basically ML and FL were arranged to be engaged and at that point, she still did not really like him that much but didi (her manager) was asking her why she's continuing to be with him and she says that she's just using him for practice. but the video didn't capture the whole conversation as she admits later that she was just joking.

So, only two episodes have been released with eng subs on YouTube. I'm pretty sure all of the other sites you've tried got their subs from YT so unfortunately, you would have to wait for the official MGTV channel to sub it

I agree with both you and @Alex. I think they mentioned that she left him to pursue a better career in Hollywood so she definitely betrayed him. But what bothers me is that she pushes the blame onto his mother and says that she was "forced" to leave him because "she wasn't good enough". Plus the fact that she comes back thinking that he'll fly straight back into her arms like she never left.
