Definitely worth watching!! I loved MGIAA but Girlfriend is also good :) Personally, I think the plot of Girlfriend is more interesting and more realistic (but I get that MGIAA's wacky plot is part of its charm). Chemistry is great in both. With so much time on our hands now, I suggest watching both!! Girlfriend is not done broadcasting yet and only 12 eps have been subbed so far, so if you don't want to wait (like I am lol), then you can watch MGIAA first and Girlfriend when it's done broadcasting :)

I love it when the ML's mom supports the FL and isn't antagonistic. Plus, she's so bad-ass and knows exactly how to put HanHui down lol

FL doesn't have any birthmarks. Han Hui (ML's ex) has a butterfly tattoo. I'm up to ep 20 and they still have made no mention of it, but I'm almost 100% sure that the girl who saved ML is NOT his ex and is most likely the FL.

Honestly same. There were so many instances where Xiao Nuan was the embodiment of the FL we all want -- someone who can stand up for herself and doesn't require the ML for support. But I think part of the reason why she hasn't been so much herself is because of all the rumors going around-- they definitely took a toll on her ego and made her doubt herself.

On a side note, ML is so cute when he just wants attention from her but imo he needs to man up and start being more direct with her lol.
