Haha nope! I don't really see the resemblance but I agree that they're both cute actresses. The FL in MGIAA is Wan Peng and the FL of this drama is Xu Hao!!

But the way they're throwing the terms of his own contract back in his face (esp. Xiao Nuan, she rejected him 4x in a row lol) was so funny

Wow, I actually didn't even think that he may have dated her because he thought she was the girl that saved him. Don't know why but I thought that he was saved AFTER he dated her for some reason. I feel like Han Hui's is a tattoo and not a birthmark.

If you can understand Chinese enough to watch without subs, and don't mind having to wait till Sunday (like I am, because I binge watched the first 10 episodes haha), I recommend starting it as it is pretty good. The plot is pretty fast-paced and the chemistry is good :)

I hope you enjoy it :) And it's because I'm Chinese so I understand the basics but anything too complicated I get confused too as Chinese is my second language (mainly use it to speak to my family). But ofc I prefer English subtitles if there are! And at least you can understand Chinese from watching Cdramas-- that's already very impressive!! I've been watching Kdramas and listening to Kpop for years but still haven't mastered much Korean LOL. (Feel free to ask me if you need any clarification-- not sure if you can PM on here, kinda new to the site LOL).

I don't know what episode you watched up to (I watched up to 10 without subs because I understand Chinese on basic level) but my guess is that he's really looking for the girl who saved him underwater (who I'm sure if the FL) but it seems that she doesn't have a birthmark but his ex, Han Hui, has the butterfly tattoo so IDK lol

I like it! The plot goes pretty fast and the chemistry between the two leads is good! Plus, the side plots/storylines are pretty interesting too!! But there's no english subtitle yet btw.

probably not. I'm not sure if they ever announced how long the winning trainees will promote for but usually they just break a break from the group they were in and return to them after promoting with the winning group (this is also how korea produce series works).

I think they did something new this season where they give the trainees a class ranking based off of their overall rankings after the group/position performances. So the ranking is based off of the public's votes this time.
