I really don't care about the twist or the ending, i always skip the boring parts on re-watch. I just loved the 2 leads and the school setting. Especially they made the ML too likable lmao. It's like the writers were making a list of what all to add to his character so audience like him. And they added everything under the sun and it worked lol. Even after a re-watch i loved this drama just as much. It's the best drama in a school setting for me.
It's honestly wild how much effort you’re putting into hunting down low reviews. You seriously need this much…
No you're not special. Just 1-2 clicks below I see multiple comments from you to multiple people. Even in this thread you're fighting another person and sharing links about some another person. Astounding lack of self-awareness. You're the one spending so much time here.
The last time I came to this page was when it had 4 episodes. Not everyone is as jobless as you.
Don't bother replying again or you'll just prove my point.

Which is not even 1% of the effort that you have been putting to reply to anyone who does not think the same as you even after so many weeks. You are all over this comment section and have the audacity to mock me for writing a comment. Be serious Lol.
Couldn't go past 5th episode. The plotline was boring and expected. The main couple had poor chemistry. I would…
Childhood friends to lovers trope in a rom-com is absolute garbage. ALWAYS. Because when two leads already know each other for a long time it takes away all the excitement that comes from knowing each other and the situational comedy that comes with a lot of first-times.
Can't believe i had to move to page 10 or 11 to finally see a review with score below than 6 which is too generous…
Another general rule : 60% of the good/great shows are good/great inside first 10 mins and you can easily feel that. This is how much effort serious and talented storytellers put into making great stories regardless of the medium be it movies, shows, k-dramas, anime, video-games etc.
Can't believe i had to move to page 10 or 11 to finally see a review with score below than 6 which is too generous for this show. As a general rule of mine with 90% accuracy a good/great show is good/great from its first episode, that was the case for this as well.
From the 1st episode i could tell it had no comedy (remove that tag please), no chemistry between the leads ( because of the garbage childhood friends to lovers trope which automatically takes all the excitement and comedy away that comes with exploring a rom-com relationship ). It was too much melodramatic, the visual style was also like that of melodrama. Plus the plot was similar to Welcome to Samdal-ri another boring ass show with same trope. So i dropped it after 4 episodes but seeing the people who finished the show share the same issues they had with it i feel a little vindicated. Also Jung hae-in is wrong casting choice for a rom-com, he looks too puppy-ish, quiet-ish for a lead comedic role, he looks natural in subdued roles like the one in D.P. but then again this show was hardly a rom-com so idk what director had in mind.
i put this movie off for months, because of the run time. but when i started it, i couldnt turn it off. I felt…
Yes indeed. The movie has a strange alluringness to it, i didn't think much of it when i first watched it but it kept visiting my head again and again for a re-watch and since then climbed upto my fav films of all time.
Loosely. The movie is like a William Faulkner story inside a Murukami story.
William Faulkner wrote a short story of same name that Murukami also wrote later. Movie is based on elements of both. In the movie the protagonist says his fav writer is William Faulkner. I can't tell what's his best work since i haven't read his works.
Overhyped dramas for me : Love Next Door Welcome to Samdal-ri Fight for my Way ( basically the trope of childhood friends to lovers is absolute garbage) Mouse ( If you've seen the best movies of this genre mouse is ridiculously lousy) Goblin ( I liked some parts of it but too much fantasy ruins it for me) Taxi Driver ( gets stale very quickly) My Demon
Dramas that are popular but also good (picking only from this list) : Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha True Beauty The Devil Judge Business Proposal D.P. Death's Game Queen Woo Weightlifting Fairy Connection
Absolutely pathetic ML. Unbearable to watch for any guy with self-respect. These are the kinds of MLs i dislike the most. Only thing i liked was his red haired friend. Dropped after 4 episodes.
