I couldn't stand the lead actor Kim Min Jong. He looks he's in his 40s but acts and dress like he's in his 20s. Both male sucked. All the relationships sucked, romantic and non-romantic ones. By the end, I couldn't care less who would end up with who.
I couldn't stand the lead actors Ryu Jin and Lee Hyo Ri. All the relationships sucked, romantic and non-romantic ones. By the end, I couldn't care less who would end up with who.
On a side note, Lee Bo Hee played too many roles in her career as a mother abandoning her child.
It had a good and entertaining start but the middle parts were really slow, unfanny and boring while the later parts were too melo and soppy and the ending was meh. The cast was fine but Han Ga In once again doesn't know how to pull a crying face.
Unnecessarily long for such a simple story, the comedic moments weren't good enough to fill the gaps. There wasn't much chemistry between the leads. Do Kyeong was just too weird see him hanging around, his character needed a re-write to better fit with the other leads. And then there's the ending...
As it is clearly obvious just from reading the synopsis, this drama revolves entirely around this love square from the first second to the last. It's definitely an intense and exhausting love square, if only the leads had some brains it wouldn't had lasted as long. What bothered me the most is how both leads behave and act as if they came from a foreign planet. The drama is entirely driven by no communication, no explanation and a sprinkle of misunderstandings. From the end of episode 3 it will give you everything you need to know and expect from it.
This is for sure the worst installment in the "Bad" trilogy. One thing for sure is that I definitely don't want to see Son Chang Min as a lead again, better off seeing him as an antagonist in any other random drama.
Did they really need to include a love hexagon in the plot? It definitely wasn't needed. For a simple plot, they to over-complicate everything to the point where they ran out of time to tie everything. It's unbelievable how weak and wimpy the female lead was, the worst character and the drama which also had little to no impact despite being a lead.
This is the bad kind of romance, comedy, drama, and love triangles. The drama is basically the cast fooling around and being loud as fuck in a tropical setting. Other than the tropical scenes there's nothing to see here.
Not a love triangle but a love square with priesthood. The religious theme is quite prominent throughout the drama especially in the second half, it may not be everyone's cup of tea. Too many over-dramatic elements were intertwined that it ruined the later parts. They should've kept in focus and narrowed it down.
I never hated the trope of "girls like bad boys" more than the one in this drama. Absolute cringe! It overshadowed every other element and sucked the life and enjoyment out of the drama. If we stripped all the relations and human drama then it's an okay medical drama.
The story centers around Wuri's love yet we barely got to see Da In, her scenes were too limited. Maybe because she's a Japanese actress? How are we supposed to get this great love of theirs if their scenes together are too scarce? Anyway, this created a big disconnect in contrast to how much we see Tae Shil. This also limited the drama in many ways and didn't allow it to get outside the scope of whatever was written in the synopsis.
All of the four pairs relationships didn't have any depth or whatsoever. Not even a proper build up was provided. If you thought this is about the sisters relationship then you'll be mistaken, it focuses mainly on their love interests and whatever comes with that. I found most of the characters were poorly written, they have the motivation of a first grader, even throwing a tantrum like one. Even if we considered the pairs relationships, all of them were underdeveloped. The romance failed and the family drama failed, not sure what else left to it. The performance was average at best, I've seen Chae Rim doing far better in other projects.
On a side note, Lee Bo Hee played too many roles in her career as a mother abandoning her child.
