There's a lack of communication and then there is this show. Why have I watched 3 episodes of people just completely talking around a topic that would be easily cleared up between them? Just... Wow.
The finale had me livid. The way they just wallpapered over everything so nothing has any stakes or consequences?
And Sprite learned exactly zero lessons? He just unilaterally made decisions for everyone and didn't think about anyone else continuously even as he makes a mess of things. Who is he to be the one to decide whether those guys get seen by the police? Why did Zee not get a say? I know it's supposed to mirror the whole Koh situation and what he'd "learned" from Salmon but this isn't some volleyball controversy, they HOSPITALISED someone.
Don't even talk to me aboyt him YET AGAIN being late for his bout and telling noone about it leaving his friend having to worry about him when he was also supposed to compete. Like obviously it's not Sprites fault his friend wasn't paying attention to the road but even without the accident he shouldn't have had to be running after him AGAIN.
Then the like Koh watching over them happily scene... Erm dude you were selling them out just a few weeks ago?
Also in terms of character development, when exactly does Zee start to like his teammates enough to be all jumping about and happy with them? What was the playing big happy families scene? When did the mom learn to stop being terrible? I- Honestly when he was having a go at First telling him to stop sulking I rally wanted to go fight a fictional character because wdym? He forgave SO QUICKLY. He even hugged you earlier that day. Compared to how you guys messed with his mind? Wow. Also the random Namking scene was so out of place 😭 This show has the seeds of something good and just really did not deliver. None of the character choices make sense and noone develops except suddenly at the last episode everyone's just fine. 😒
She reaaaaaally frustrated me this episode. Fair enough you're not CERTAIN but why would you not speak to your immortal boyfriend who is investigating the case on your hunch about this DANGEROUS SERIAL KILLER TRYING TO KILL YOU? I- Also how her boyfriend is never shown comforting her at all when she is clearly shaken by something and instead goes off to look for houses. 😭 My internal rage cannot be quenched rn.
I agree about the stupidest decisions... I am on my rewatch of the show and on episode 5 now, and the plot armor…
I think what happened was the writers went oh we need him to die and we need the "twist" that it goes to the next person revives but then they didn't care how they actually got there. Haha

LITERALLY!!! What POSSIBLE motivation does anyone have to go with a person you suspect of being a serial killer to a private location? It just makes no sense.
The show doesn't really normalize but rather explains it in it's own way. No one in the show fully condones his…
Idk in the first four episodes I watched his behaviour is fully consigned by all but one of his friends because they literally help him do it and also the person who this behaviour is being done to cosigns it because he KNOWS he's doing it and still likes him for it?
I really really wouldn't say digging through someone's rubbish is respecting their boundaries either.
Did I like this drama? Yes. Was it also just a series of people making the single stupidest decision in any given situation? Also yes. At one point I was like no atp you deserve to get killed I can't with you guys. There were I think 3 times in 16 episodes where an actual sound choice was made by the protagonist team and I really enjoyed those three moments.
So refreshing to see a drama not only talking about fate or whatever but looking at the autonomy of personal choices and how the steps you make change the outcome of your life.
Was it perfect? No. But it deserves way higher than its current rating. Honestly I liked season 2 better even.
My love of time travel is the ONLY reason I'm gonna see this through past the first ep. As the comments say this was a... yikes of a first episode. From the plot points to the acting.😬 I hope we see an improvement in pretty much all areas moving forward. Hopefully this is just what was written / shot first and we have some workshops and tweaks that came later.
However, I've always said not enough people screw themselves back in time 👀 🤣 😉
The problem is what can you do bevayse they haven't done it yet so whatever you do YOU will seem like the crazy…
I THINK he had a bit more time to compose himself, think he doesn't see this guy as often as she does and he kinda didn't know her that well in her last years. Seems like in the first run he had a crush on her but their paths diverged. But no yeah I think I would probably have at least called for his unjust firing or SOMETHING. Like he is helping a lot to keep him away from her but still.
You know I genuinely didn't think that Rain would only accidentally erase himself. I thought it would be an intentional thing. Looking forward to him seeing the value of his own life next week i guess?
Google thinks it's Darlin by Knee Deep too but that song doesn't sound like the end song here (for one it is an instrumental song). Is it maybe sampled?
I really couldn't handle the FL for half of this. Her interactions with the ML were always so antagonistic and misconstrued and yes, he should have corrected her, but she just always came at him with rumours and assumptions and he just sort of went with it. And I really needed her to pull the ripcord on SML long before he finally took himself out of the running. Like, you're fully aware you don't have these kinda feelings for him, please just say that and both move on.
The side couples were really the best thing to come out of this imo.
