Miss Crow with Mr. Lizard was pretty much brilliant, mostly because of how the more negative tropes were dealt with, how strong the FL was, and how awesome the friendships were. I love the best friends in that drama! Nice Male Leads are my favorite kind. I'm constantly on the lookout for more of them, and I agree, the ice-cold male lead trope is getting old. I was over it after watching Mischievous Kiss.
I also hate the evil parents trope (usually the evil mother). And I really can't stand student/teacher relationships (happens a lot in Jdramas, maybe not so much in Chinese dramas). And weak female leads, no thank you. I can't stand pushovers.

Mmm, I finally had access on the 17th, so the week before is when I had issues. I haven't checked since, though, so I don't know if it's an ongoing problem.
Hoping this isn't a stupid question but here goes.. I finally got accepted on KaizenSubs Twitter account and wanted…
You'll need to wait until the latest episode is subbed and they announce it on Twitter. They only keep their Goggle drive accessible for a brief period of time and then they close off the access. It'll probably be this week that they get the last episode posted and then should have access to all of them.
This version needed some work and after seeing the Thai version with Saint and Orn, I know that the major thing missing from the Korean version is chemistry between the main leads. Don't get me wrong, I like this version fine for all the secondary characters, but the Thai version has overwhelming sparks of attraction. It's not as cutesy and feels more real. It sucked me in so fast! If you're thinking about trying the Thai version, do it. I highly recommend.
I think it is about both of those things? How can it NOT be about sexual orientation when a man who thinks of…
Except that he apparently has done this with all his romantic leads who have all been female. It has nothing to do with gender and everything to do with not separating himself from the emotions of the character he is playing. Agree or not, that's how he is being presented.
Only the Thai young girls can change the fanservice issue. The actors get paid scraps. Its the FS where they earn…
Well that's pretty terrible then. The fanservice is what drives me bananas since it's so over the top, and now that I know why it exists, I'm sickened even more. Yuck. Zee's better than this crap.
So streets are saying Zeenunew are real. How true is this and where did people get this from?
They'll say anything for fanservice. Your best way to tell if it might be true is if they kiss in public in front of cameras. Zee and Saint never did, not even for fanservice, although correct me if I missed it. Zee seems too parental for that to be real and frankly, he strikes me as being straight.
Agree regarding the lack of chemistry. We know what Zee can deliver because we've seen it with Saint. He's great at creating chemistry but something is just off with him and New. Maybe it improves later but I'm not super motivated to continue. I suspect that there will be a lot of emotional manipulation happening as the series progresses and I am not a fan of that, at all.
Here we are, still waiting.
