You can spare your time to continue LLTG into part 2 and you can check the kissing scenes yourself.

It is what we called "surprise kiss" and it was CSS first kiss. It's understandable why she had froze reaction. It's her first time with lips kiss. But after that, in ep 38 and 56, she is ready to accept Ling Bu Yi kiss because it's not out of sudden. There was a gesture for it. And she accepted it.

Yes, it's not passionate kisses like Zhao Lusi did with Yang Yang in Who Rules The World. But CSS was so young, around 15 years old. So it's natural for them to had that soft kisses first before passionate one in later stages. Basically, LLTG had different vibes with other costume dramas that had adult hot/steamy kissing scenes such as The Prisoner of Beauty, Story of Kunning Palace, Kill Me Love Me, Flourished Peony, and etc.

That person is not Zhao Lusi fan. Everyone knows that LLTG had 4 kisses in ep 34, 38, 41, and 56.

I can understand that LHY and ZYC didn't have strong back up but Cheng Yi? He is too big to be delayed tbh. But he has a lot of projects in many platforms besides Youku. So, Tencent will release Journey of The Legend with iQiyi.

It's all subjective matters. I also watched The Rebel Princess. But for me, other costume dramas that I mentioned in the previous comment are more outstanding than The Rebel Princess 😄

And Youku is only delaying certain actors, not all of them. Like Zheng Ye Cheng, Li Hong Yi, and Cheng Yi.

Nah idk what's going on between LHY and Youku. Flying up without disturb is originally Youku drama. But they suddenly make FUWD as 32 eps short dramas (20 mins per eps) instead of 24 eps full length dramas.

What's the point of doing that? It's like shooting directly at their head. Without investors, youku will be in difficult position. Can you explain about it further?

You also need to change your perspective about Idol dramas. Many Idol Costume dramas with high budget are very GOOD.

They have higher budget with popular and good looking casts. They also have good production designs with beautiful sets and costume + visually stunning cinematography. There are so many great idol Costume dramas from China such as Love Like The Galaxy, The Double, Story of Kunning Palace, Blossom, The Prisoner of Beauty, Coroner's Diary, Kill Me Love Me, The Glory, Legend of The Female General, Are You The One, A Dream Within A Dream, The Princess Gambit, Wonderland of Love, Blossoms in Adversity, Flourished Peony, and etc many more.

His dramas like Love of Nirvana and The Autumn Ballad are also very good.

Excuse me but Li Landi (Love of Nirvana) and Meng Ziyi (Royal Rumours) are NOT rookie actresses. They already had experience for several years in acting + as leading ladies. Even Qiao Xin (The Autumn Ballad) is not a newbie. She had several roles as FL.
