I'm only finished with the first episode and I'm so in love already! The pacing is perfect, no lagging historical bits, no over-the-top unnecessary political hijinks.
EDIT: And I'm completely done and what a ride it's been. Only a little over 2 hours and this drama has warmed my heart. Absolutely loved it! So much cute, so much fluff with just the right touch of angst. I'm giving this a 10.
Aaaaand I couldn't resist and I'm now all caught up and suffering in this wait for a new episode.
On a side note, Qing Yang is gorgeous - he reminds me of several people at once - almost like a cross between EXO's Chen and (formerly EXO's) Luhan while still managing to resemble Show Luo too. He's just a perfect blend of pretty.
The first episode was so good! That ending. I loved Baron Chen as Dylan in Fated to Love You, I think I'm going to love him even more in this. And Ah Nuo is so flipping cool! I'm addicted. I both love and hate the friend who told me to start this.
The only thing that could have made this ending better is if Shin Hyeok got to meet a certain bushy haired red cheeked little girl. One thing though: this drama should really be titled He Was Pretty because the level of Siwon's prettiness is through the roof in this drama. Those dimples!
And here I am still waiting on any kind of adaption for Vampire Knight, Kaichou Wa Maid-Sama or Special A.
Heck, I'd give anything for another go at a Skip Beat! adaptation.

I think I've found my new favorite line! Also, gummy bears ❤️
Really looking forward to some of these though!
Also, my heart breaks for Shin Hyeok ;-;
