On 7th Grade Civil Servant Mar 31, 2013
Just finished this drama and I personally enjoyed it. I liked the way it was a mixture of romcom/action/spystory and on the whole I found it a pleasant and easygoing watch. Of course after having seen Joo Won in Bridal Mask it was a big change to appreciate him in a lighter role, however he played it perfectly well and I thought that also the other actors were good. This drama is nothing spectacular but it is pretty decent and fun to watch. I rated it 8.

Interesting article as I also prefer stories with strong female leads. Other dramas with strong female leads are certainly Secret Garden and King2Hearts where Ha Ji Won is really a tough lady and in 7th Grade Civil Servant Choi Kang Hee is also a very strong woman. However I don't quite agree with the portrait of Park Ha in Rooftop Prince as she does get a little bit stronger towards the end but she still foolishly falls into every single trap set by Se Na and Tae Mu.
On The World That They Live In Mar 29, 2013
I decided to watch this drama because of the two very good main leads Hyun Bin and Song Hye Kyo. I have to say that although I found the fact that it dealt with drama making quite original and interesting, I felt that from the beginning this theme overwhelmed the actual plot. Almost until the last few episodes I felt like I was watching a documentary on drama making rather than a love story or a friendship story and I was quite bored because of this. Indeed it was very realistic but maybe a tad too much for me. In any case I rated it 7 as it is original and well acted but I would certainly not watch it again and I would recommend it as a filler drama.

Title Orange Days
This drama was missing from my 'Japanese classics' list and I am so glad I finally watched it. The main quality that it has is that it is warm and uplifting like many other Jdramas. The story enhances the values of friendship and mutual support and I also appreciated how the feeling of uncertainty which is typical of those going through University years was portrayed. I appreciated the very good acting of all the cast and the great OST and I think it fully deserves its high ratings.

thanks for writing this as I am a big,big fan of LMH. I am also an ahjumma and I am not afraid to say that I really appreciate his great acting talents (as well as his looks). I have only watched City Hunter, Faith and Personal Taste and all three dramas have gone on my top list as they are great stories and very well acted by all the cast although LMH gives them all a great touch of class. I am now waiting impatiently for his next projects although it seems that this year he is busy with touring Asia and promoting his album. :0(

I'm happy for both Priceless and Doctor X which were definitely two great dramas of the last season. I personally slightly preferred Doctor X because I thought the plot and the OST were original and different, however the acting in Priceless was very good and the story uplifting.

I unexpectedly really enjoyed this drama. I thought it was original, clever, funny and all in all a very pleasant watch. I liked the way they managed to create a great antagonism between the two main male leads and how this wasn't tied to love rivalry but more to business and personality differences. The endings of each episode were very funny and the story had a very fast and interesting rhythm. I think this drama is a little underrated as it is really pretty good and I gave it a 9.
On Something Happened in Bali Mar 22, 2013
I came across this drama by chance as I wanted to see something with Jo In Sung after seeing him in TWTWB. I have to say that this drama really blew me away as I wasn't expecting it to be so beautiful. It is a very intense love story which will greatly involve those with romantic hearts like myself. The acting is superb also because there are many slow/still film takes with just the face of the characters who manage to show their emotions through the deep expressions of their faces. By the time one reaches the ending (which is surprising but realistic) one is just as confused as the main leads which is the real beauty of this story. This deserves a 10.

I like Micky very much too. So far I have watched SKKS and Rooftop Prince and really appreciated his acting in both of them. I haven't brought myself to watch Missing You as yet, but I will do so very soon.

Hikari, ma sei la Hikari che scrive anche su DIC? Se si, ci saremo già incrociate lì. ;0)

I have watched this drama so far and I agree with this review as far as its originality goes and and as far as the good acting goes. However I personally can't see this as a romcom as there is really nothing too romantic in the story as yet (maybe things will change towards the end?) from my point of view. On the contrary I'm finding it quite bitter so far as it depicts reality of divorcing/divorced couples quite well. I am hoping to enjoy it more as the story unfolds.
