Title Dearest Spoiler
God, Utada Hikaru's OST + slow-mo scenes is a match made in heaven. It fits so nicely with the scenes in which it was played and the drama, in general.

Also, E02 was so nice, it kept up that momentum from E01 and revealed bits and pieces of information. For some reason I felt like there are still layers to the mystery that we are yet to see...

Anyways, I really, really like Matsushita Kouhei and Yoshitaka Yuriko's chemistry, they sold their character's romance very well. They made me root for a happy endng although I'm almost sure that there will be heartbreak in the end.

that scene in Ep 2 where Rio was trying to run from a stalker and got pulled to an alley by Daiki. It was like…
GOD YES. The way they switched back to their dialect as they spoke, how Daiki berated her and Rio tried to talk her way out of him and teased him abiut the crime, that was adorable. But we're pulled sharply back nto reality at the end :(

It will be Friday in a few hours and Fridays mean new Saiai episodes!! I can't wait to see what else will unfold, definitely tuning in to this. The 1st episode's a pleasant surprise, it's really good, dropping just enough background and hints to set the stage neatly without overdoing it. I hope it keeps up this momentum until the end!

She literally reminds me of Tao tsuchiya
Yeah, they do have a resemblance! And it's so cool because they played sisters in Hanako to Anne :)

I Just finished watching this drama today. It honestly wasn't as good as people made it to be, I still prefer…
Yo! The Borderlands basically is "limbo". In the real world, what happened is that there was an event (forgot if it was an earthquake or an astronomical incident - should re-read the manga) that impacted a lot of people. Hundreds are injured, with many of them in a life-or-death situation. These people entered the Borderlands.

Basically, the Borderlands tests whether their will to live is strong enough (they win the games, they have a higher chance of living irl), or not. Being a fan of the manga, my main issue in the LA is that the core existential theme of the story wasn't emphasized enough, so I hope they build it stronger in the 2nd season, especially considering that the last game hinges on that.

I strangely am curious about this, despite me not being a huge romcom watcher. Must be a good sign, then? Haha hopefully someone picks this up :)

Shishio and Misao teaming up for a movie. Kidding! But honestly, I'm glad they got to work together again for another project. I hope this gets subbed once the raws come out!

most likely on december, this year.
Lol sorry, gotta clarify it coz there's been a lot of fake news about AiB S2 before. Sorry I got too heated up there

most likely on december, this year.
Nope, there's no way it will be rrleased this year because filming for S2 will take place until December of this year. Probable dates for the release of S2 - considering the length and scope of post-production - will be on the 3rd or 4th quarter of next year 2022.

UPDATE: Asahina Aya, the actress who plays Kuina, recently got married!
Also, there were sighting info of Tao and Kento (and Aya) shooting in Toyama. The scene involves what seemed like car stunts..... manga readers, you guys know what scene this is haha.

I really hope it's not true, as much as I found the first season was alright only because of Murakami Nijiro,…
Haha I get what you mean, I can't really see him in the role/drama, either so there's that.
In my opinion, as someone who read the manga as well, Saito Takumi definitely fits the bill, from the acting chops to the singing talent to the face. He definitely fits.

Nope, blu-ray will be released on July so we can expect the subs to be out after. It's currently being shown in…
Aww, sorry but the SBIFF ended last April :( but don't worry, the Blu-ray's coming out early next month! Hopefully someone picks it up then so we can watch it.
On Alice in Borderland Season 2 Jun 18, 2021
It was recently announced that Alice in Borderland season 2 will start filming by mid-July until December. This is exactly the same time frame of filming as the first season, so we'll probably get the 2nd season by mid-2022 or late 2022.

We'll probably get casting details by then, too.

Just an update - it's speculated that the series is in pre-production at this time, with Kento cutting his hair, Tao going back to working out, and Niji saying that he'll film his next project immediately after filming the asadora he's part of.

It's also speculated that Saitoh Takumi ~might~ be Kyuuma or as another character, as him and Tao followed each other last month (Tao mostly follows the people she'll work/she's worked with). Let's wait for more updates soon. :)
