Title Fights Break Sphere Spoiler
Why did Xun er abandon XY? And what also happened between his mentor and the guy that betrayed him?
Xun'er promised the previous Dragon Mother she would raise the power of the Dragon Clan who are off on some islands because they are weaker than the other clans. Xun'er took the Xaio Clan's jade stone. The person who collects all the jade stones from each of the 5 clans can get "super strong."

Xaio Yan's mother and the evil elder were both disciples of the Medicine Elder. The evil guy was greedy for power he wanted the secret cultivation arts and the spatial ring. So, he killed his master and framed Xaio Yun's mother as a traitor. She committed suicide. The entire drama about XY getting stonger to revenge his mother and bring back honor to the Xaio Clan.

The performance of Kim Go Eun in both Goblin and A Muse were incredible u need to check them out,as for this movie…
@Ciofinho My favorite Kim Go Eun movies are Coin Locker Girl and Monster (with Lee Min Ki). Both are dark thrillers that won accolades for her!

I started watching for Lee Je Hoon and Lee Dong Gun because they make good dramas. Almost dropped it during the first 3 episodes because the female character was as irritating as the stereotypical side characters. The storyline starts to build cohesiveness around episodes 5 and 6 and develops warmth after this.

I know, he immediately became my favorite. I love all the little physical things he does as the Emperor, like…
His reaction to the queen when she was forced to remove her white veil to reveal the red veins on her forehead was priceless! She lifted the veil and he whipped his head to the right and wouldn't look at her as if to say "I'm done! Even you have the mark!" It didn't help when the prince who was being framed yelled "You had the affair too?" I choked nearly choked laughing!

The drama is worth watching if you can get past the cliches. Good guys verses bad guys cliches are typical for this type of drama. The scenes are full of antics and are suspenseful when needed. I have watched up to ep. 8 and see the intrigue and complexities build and I am committed to find out the person/group in charge of this evilness. haha
The team chemistry is not a reason I would use to avoid this drama. It is no worse than dramas where a team of misfits come together with a common goal to fight the bad guys. These misfits are no different. They all have questionable pasts. But, they are mostly funny. The alleged computer genius is a bit extra and too loud and not really a full fledged genius. But, he gets the job done, mostly. I have gotten used to him by ep. 4.

Title Love & π Spoiler
Hou ZI is the most pitiful character I have seen in a drama in a long time. They went too far making this character the whipping post and sponge for all the bad things that can happen to one person. It is acceptable for the friends to take different paths in life after leaving the orphanage. The main couple got college degrees and even post graduate degrees while Monkey skipped the university route for back breaking part time jobs. Then, tried for fast money scamming old people which sent him to jail plus added charges on of crippling an elderly person for life during the scam! Then, he's a lab rat and gets cancer after changing his life around! Seriously! At least let him have his girlfriend! I feel like dropping this just to avoid seeing the friends regroup at Monkey's funeral if he dies. Really depressing since Monkey is the most genuine and likable person in the drama who sees the feelings the main couple have for each other long before they are willing to admit it.

I don't remember him in Cheese in the Trap, that disaster made by the director. But, he is doing great in 100 Days My Prince.

I think what's going to happen is Warner Bros. is going to launch their own site to compete with Netflix and others.…
Warner Bros. has to follow the lead since they are late. Netflix carried Asian dramas years ago. That's how I started watching. Hulu was next. I watched everything they had with Korean dramas and found Dramafever, then, Viki. I dropped all of them in that order. Dramafever was unresponsive. Viki started charging too much for dramas and did not get license to many popular dramas. Plus, their subs became slow to upload even though the content were better than most.
WB will add competition that will hopefully keep prices in check and increase the quality and numbers of Asian dramas. Others will follow.

I created this entry more than 9 months ago, it contained information way ahead of most sites then. The Oct 24th…
The point of creating these dramas is to make money and get the maximum return on investments. TV and movie airings make the most money for the producers/investors because lots of TV ads can be squeezed into the extra long dramas. Movie generate those high ticket prices. An owner with two highly anticipated drama will not show them simo because he cuts his own profit margin. Advertisers tend to pick a drama and the other will not earn as much. Same for viewers. The more popular drama will take the viewers. The less popular one will end up with lower ratings and less advertising in the later episodes even if the drama would get higher viewers if it did not compete with its sister drama. Viewers like me who watch for free with the ads removed have to chill and count our blessings because someone else paid for the opportunity. I hope this helps.
