I like that the director and writer did not strip the innocence before and after the "shrimp peeling." The words and feelings reflect the age, caring and naiveté of both Ae and Pete down to the starts, stops, seconding guessing and frustration. This is the addictive essence of this drama because we all can relate to the awkwardness, excitement, and second guessing that comes with new relationships!

I am looking forward to seeing more of Bai Jing Ting and seeing Mark Chao in another drama. Misaeng superbly captured the plight of the average office worker. I hope this drama can do the same.

You have missed my point. See both comments above. I said nothing about the versatility of SIG. I just do not want to see him in this role since I already know how it ends. I like to see him in romantic comedies. That is my preference. That's all. There are lots of dramas that suit different tastes. Enjoy.

I have rewatched my favorite episodes! This has become my 2018 Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms! I'm checking weekly for words about the sequel. Please, God let there be a sequel! LOL

My reason for skipping this has more to do with the nature of the drama. I saw Hello Monster which has comedy and romance along with the mystery. There is no comedy in this dark drama. I already know how it ends and I don't like seeing him in this role. No offense to him.

The Japanese version was very good. But, I don't want to see shopping king louie in this roll. It's a tough image to play with an off centered storyline. I would rather see him in a romantic comedies. Pass.

Watched it for the action and the male leads. It was hard to tell the bad guys from the good guys until the end. Everyone seemed dirty. 8.5/10

I watched this for Wallace and Tian Yu and made it to ep. 17 because of them before giving up. The script is one big cliche stretched out with too long moments of star gazing to the theme song. The person who is the leading man is vague and the volley back and forth of the threesome spreads over years. Made me tired watching it. The villains are painfully predictable and no one sees them coming. No one is smart in this drama.

The first two episodes are subbed on YouTube. The drama has started out great with suspense and an opportunity for romance. But, I am ok if they leave it out.

This is a drug, a powerful drug that produces irresistible romance from glances, smiles, body language and one liners! I am weak a giggling idiot in front of this!

Almost all Chinese dramas give out the plot in the intro and exit for every episode. I never understood why this is necessary

The subs are not coming out fast enough! I am already watching the raw episodes which is hard for this type of drama that relies on intrigue and dialogue more than action scenes.

Rush to watch NIF! It was the most watched Chinese drama when it aired. Top stars all through it. Has a great script minus the romance, but, still worth it.
