He was a perfect choice for this role. His face looks kind, and sympathetic, like someone you'd entrust your goldfish to for a week without knowing him earlier. With a face like this, no wonder why FL trusted him too, without truly knowing him. But I don't find him really handsome.

On the contrary, ZWY is very handsome imo, but he looks cold and even a bit cruel at first glance (and no, I didn't see him in Lost You Forever 😂). But when he plays this character, he manages to look very kind and heartwarming, truly the inverse of the first impression. :))

Well said! In his life, he has to restrain his emotions in every circumstances - even with LYN, and his "smile" represents also that.

There is one scene when he is truly joyful, when she gives him a dress made by her, and he is teasing her with the embroidered "mushroom" (which is a ginkgo leaf). It's one of the best scene of them together, he is really laughing there, a very cute scene.

Yes, he has foreseen that.

It's true, but the behavior of LSY showed her clearly all along how a man who loves her (even as a brother), behaves, and she can easily compare it with the behavior of LJX who is just hysterically claiming her (and when he doesn't get what he wants, he is throwing a tantrum like a toddler - ok that part she doesn't see, but she already guessed that he can't control himself, like a child).

Even if LSY would be truly her brother, he is now a model of a man for her, who, by his actions, earned her respect, trust, support and high esteem.

This is the bar that an other man, and in this case, LJX should reach in order to gain her love, but he is nowhere from that.

I am glad that they adapted the novel in this way - I haven't read it, but I am not really in "grey" heroes, I like true hero main characters :))) LSY is so attractive because he is not only an extremely talented and good looking man, but also a kind-hearted person (ok, not with his enemies, but he wouldn't hurt anybody just for fun). I like also how he cares for FL - when he arranged everything for her in case of his sudden death, he wrote a very dry toned, factual farewell letter to her, as if he wanted to make the release of the emotional bond with him easier for her... I like very much this noble-hearted, upright character, so far it's one of my favorite ever in Chinese dramas. And fortunately, FL matches with him perfectly, they are one of the best couples I have ever seen in a series. :)

Just concerning the social rules, I mean that they can't grab the hand of the other every 5 minutes, as they used to, or feed the other with soup/medicine, take care of each other... because on what base they could do that?

They could be so close together, and forget the normal social barriers between men and women, because everyone thought that they were siblings. Now I guess that normal social rules should apply to them, as they are not considered as family (siblings) any more.

I guess that they will show in the form of flashbacks that she will recall some of their previous interactions and understand finally why her "brother" behaved like that in these situations.

I'm afraid we'll see them together even less than in previous episodes, as they are now "strangers" and not supposed to meet anymore. While she will frequently meet 2ML due to her new situation (hopefully I am wrong).

The scriptwriters have already started to reveal to her in the past few episodes that he is not her brother. LSY practically confessed to her at his banquet (and gave her a flower), later he hugged her not a brotherly way, Shao'an said that he worshiped the clothe that she gave him. And his daily behavior became more and more like a fiancé's (he applied medicine to heal her hand , he comes and goes from and to her room as he likes. Meanwhile she continued to play the naive sister, but it's impossible that she didn't feel that something has changed.
