The weight shaming ("fat jokes"), emotional abuse of parents on the poor son... :I not funny at all, yet the writer is trying to pass it off as 'comedy relief'

Different as adults than a pre-teen, but I guess everyone's growth spruts are different! Someone explained above that it was his shoes, not hers, so it makes sense (being that he's a guy, and older than her)
Afterall, "old" is relative. When you're a kid, even middle schoolers are considered "old." It's a label smacked on anyone older than oneself. "Old" comes with a lot of negative connotations, too, due to the biases and discrimination "old people" face.
Isn't that how elderly, seniors, and other "more politically correct" terms come about?

There's no antagonist so far, other than the abusive fathers that we'll probably see later (especially KiHo's father, we could already see revenge in his eyes cause he blames his son for his lost career). And the antagonist to face MokHa is this woman who used to be her idol...
:((( It is all over the place. FL & ML don't get enough screen time. It's almost like daily-drama (you know those 50+ episode kdramas with a bajillion side character stories). I think I fully watched episodes up to 4, then massively skipping forward or skimmed through 5~8. Storyline isn't interesting. Something happens and immediately they cut away to different characters, leaving me hanging or without feeling proper closure. Weird cinematography choices..
Kinda hard to believe that FL won't be found for 15 years. I mean, she couldn't have landed on an island too far…
And how her skin is PERFECT despite being under the sun for 15+ years with no sunscreen, no real shelter/roof to shield from UV rays. In reality, she'd have a lot of sun spots and beauty marks lol
My immersion breaks whenever Mone's friend (blonde) comes on screen. I saw that actress on YT skits (over the top, comedy, SNL videoes) so I can't take her seriously T-T
I know it's not right of me to feel this way but she just keeps reminding me of her exaggerated comedy scenes in those skits that she doesn't come across as her character (bully/iljin) in this drama

Matthew can't guarantee anyone's safety. He's like Logan from Penthouse. Sure, he has money, but he is sure to get outplayed by the bad guys time and time again :((
Don't force yourself just don't watch it no one really asked you to watch it

The mom treats her son so horribly, even the dad is kinda mean to him it's really hard to watch everyone treat…
I’m worried he’ll take that drug. They keep referring to the drug that ‘grants the person’s deepest desire, in exchange for death’ ..
But yeah, the fat jokes need to go. I’m shocked there isn’t more backlash for them. Even the dad was looking at his own son pitifully, remarking how the mother usually fixes all her problems with money (if not her strength), and it “looks like [his] weight is something that money doesn’t fix.” It’s clear their son is a foodie who struggles to manage portions. The turbulent family life and emotional abuse must add to his inner turmoil, but the kdrama writes it off as “comic relief” -_-
Suzy playing this role is the best choice, the most suited , i remember how her career itself by watch this
Yeah, especially with the outcast allegations in MissA against Suzy :(( it’s great to see her light wasn’t dimmed one bit and she’s shining brightly as ever
