I cannot believe the ML went from alchemy of souls to this rubbish! But I will finish it because I have been skipping…
I've never been a fan of Kim So Hyun's dramas - her acting is bearably alright but the dramas she chose tend to have storylines that lose my interest. Is this drama also like that? :/ The short clips on IG/TikTok seem interesting enough..
shows where they break up before the last episode in and then get back together in the last episode kill everything…
Right? Big ick. I rolled my eyes when it happened. And of course it happens just as he was going to lavishly propose with heart fireworks outside and everything. lol
it's so rude to give this kind of rating when the drama hasn't even really started
Having a differing opinion isn't rude. That commenter thinks it's the worst Kdrama TO HIM, in his opinion. To the rest of us, some of us may hard disagree or agree.
We also don't need to watch the entire series to determine whether or not we like it. All it takes might be 2 or 1 or even a few minutes into it before dropping a show.
let's fucking gooo Da Eul finally got that jobless, lazy lying bastard red handed. I can't believe he's been deceiving…
Yep
If it was real life, she would divorce. But this is Kdrama and they have a kid together.. She might just stay with him for her kid. I wish she didn't though because even if divorcees have bad rep in Korea still (old fashioned ideology still strong, patriarchy too), the kdrama can take a lead and show that divorce isn't bad and may even help the kid of theirs. It's way better than seeing one's mother suffer and be raised under deadbeat dad.
I think in order to have another 4 interesting episodes, they would have had to create a new drama, such as a…
Had they followed the webtoon more closely (aka: not changing core elements of the story), they would've had plenty of material for 16 episodes. Webtoon series had depth, expanding over two seasons :)
What was the meaning of the Gladiolus flower?? Were we supposed to search it for ourselves or..??
It was Seoha's Mom's favorite flower.
Search results online say: 1) "...known symbol of remembrance and infatuation. [...] also means honor, faithfulness, persistence, calmness, integrity, and strength of character. [...] gifting a gladiolus flower arrangement is like saying that the giver’s heart is “pierced with love and passion.” (Source: https://www.petalrepublic.com/gladiolus-flower/) 2) And "...faithfulness, integrity, and infatuation. [...] symbolize being honest and faithful at all times. [...] can also symbolize strong moral values, they are often seen as a symbol of integrity. [...] can also represent internal strength and the ability to overcome challenges in life." (Source:https://florgeous.com/gladiolus-flower-meaning/).
I’m an avid fan of the WEBTOON before it started airing I was soo excited for it.As it was airing, I was waiting…
I'd treat it like a spin off. They changed a lot of core elements of the story.
I'd have enjoyed it more if they remained true to the webtoon, but it was a OK drama.
If you can watch it with an open mind or think of it as a fan fiction (new version using existing characters), you may like it. Think of it as its own separate thing with new takes.
The person changed so much. They changed core parts of the story! And the new version of her past is ridiculous. What kind of bell would save her sister's life? I thought it's be some kind of special, rare medicine that lawfully is only to be used for royalty or something. But then she stole bells. And then the guys went after her for it.
ML and FL fight together against the God of destruction. ML seals the God in his body to save the FL and Kongsang,…
He returns to her, but do they show happy moments of them together, or is it just like they-see-each-other-so-technically-reunited-that's-it-guys-the-end?
I plan to watch this drama, Kindly give me spoiler regarding 1. When is the main couple officially together? 2.…
1. I'm on episode 34, and they're still not officially together. They haven't confirmed their feelings with one another. This is a slow burn romance, like s l o w.
2. Since they don't date or become exclusive, breakup isn't applicable. They do however, face a few disputes and good-bye's.
3. N/A 4. N/A
5. Minor. Theere's SML but no SFL. SML is respectful of FL's choice though. As for whether you'll feel SML syndrome or not, depends on you! There aren't many scenes of SML+FL together so that might not be an issue.
6. Annoying characters, yes. Exes, no.
7. I haven't finished but after reading comments on MDL, it appears to border along bittersweet-sad side & doesn't show a (healing) long happy ending scene, just brief. <-- just from what I read from other commenters here who have finished watching.

This show wasn't his vibe.
Live and let live lol

I can't take this adaptation seriously.

Kind of like: K-drama, Crash Landing On You
They can see each other, however rarely, and treasure the small pockets of time together.
I haven't finished watching this C-Drama though T-T I'm feeling hesitant about it 'cause it's not a happy-happy ending.
