Story about a Girl's crush n how everyone including herself dealt with it,that's all it was about , it's not a love story,no idea why synopsis tries to romanticize their encounter bcz there's no romance .I won't categorise it in Slice of Life either.Its more of a Drama n Family movie than anything. Her family dint handle the situation practically nor Yui acted maturely.

Subtle toned, Slow paced ,Nostalgic, Realistic movie which at first glance looks like a story about relationship between hopeful n lively MC and 'go with the flow' kind of guy but it's more than that. This movie is a good study on characters,relationship,love and human interaction.Nice acting by MC n good music. For mature audience,don't miss this understated movie. Again,IMDb rating is funny,this doesn't deserve less than 7.
This was an Inspirational n Emotional movie on Patriotism ,Love, Loyalty, Hardwork which is based on only few years of Independence Activist and Unsung Hero Kim Gu's prison life. I cudnt gather much information about him, there's so little about him on the internet.
I don't know the authenticity of few events like How did Sang Koo's name got cleared out of nowhere when the petition wasn't submitted , though it wasn't relevant to the story it still made me wonder. Amazing acting by all the Veterans, every single person was brilliant in this movie . Imdb rating below 7 on this movie is funny.

But my question is why did they need to recreate the memories when they could simply find the real ones from the records which are of course much better?Maybe it's a hassle to find them n bcz of lost record of some people unlike Watanabe Ichiro. Anyway that's not the point of this movie. I liked it as it is.
I just have a question that how come they didn't behead him in the end and now they again approach him? Don't…
It's not like they dint question him about the king before tying him up so the excuse that they wanted to know about truth that's why they left him is irrelevant bcz he revealed everything before they arrested him. The evidences easily found and whatever happened to crown prince's son ?Did they kill him or not ?How did MC come n go in the end as he pleased?Maybe they invited him for that purpose only bcz the superintendent came in truce with the king and doesn't want to reveal that he killed the king so he invited Kyung Soo but again this job can be done by any other royal physician like Lee hyung ik who killed the crown prince right?
I don't know about how authentic the movie is in accordance to the history. Heavy political movie n good medical thriller or say poor n messy writing made it a good thriller, it fails in execution.I wanted to like it so much because acting is good,plot is good but so many coincidences,pure luck and unexplained scenes which couldn't be ignored turned me off. Still I enjoyed it,could have been much better with proper writing n execution even without thrill part.

Even though she dint achieve anything major she still took stand bcz "mental peace" is most important and it's hard to let go of your closed ones especially family, which is why she is admirable.Must have been inspirational in those times.
Though she cared for her sister I was actually surprised that she was sarcastic n insensitive to her sister's tears on her husband's death. Maybe writer wants to show us her practical or 'attached to nothing' nature, still it was rude.

I have only watched family movies of Yasujiro san and i prefer them over this bcz i personally feel like that's his area of expertise . Cinematography is pretty and aesthetic, i liked the use of stone on walls and orange leaves. The rain scene was nice.
"and the life goes on" Tonnes of movies have been made on Parents and Children relationship and yet it hits differently. Its not a melodramatic and touching but only sad and realistic n i love how it took a bit of psychological approach through the forgiving parents with big heart and understanding young window daughter-in-law . Indeed a timeless movie that never gets old.
