I followed the updates of ZLS condition and I'm really happy to see her regaining her health , I believe she is an inspiring person .You're absolutely right about using dramas ,movies and celebrities true stories for awareness of mental health because i think it's the easiest way to highlight our symptoms. I know someone with OCD and I realized how much she suffers after seeing her condition in a drama . As you said , it's a major issue , hopefully, we'll see more about mental health issues in dramas.

I really understand you . I really hope that people will start to know that there isn't only depression and we at certain point of our lives and even our close people can have any other psychological disorders , so it is better to learn the difference.

I agree with you ,It's absolutely not only depression . She could be sad for the loss of close people and the lost of contact with Zan , but as you mentioned auditory hallucination from the explosion , repetitive unwanted memories from the incident especially when she saw the pictures and at night when she is alone and she tries to avoid conversation about the incident . All of these indicate PTSD, I think the writer didn't do his research well

My first post was to defend the writer's choice for a strong queen choice. It is just a drama and I'm not Korean so I don't have the right to question their history . Koreans know their history better than me , a foreigner because they cancelled a drama called Joseon Exorcist because of its historical inaccuracy .
I don't need to know the fact and fiction behind every drama , which I watch ,because I'll start a drama with expectation and then I'll start questioning the writer choices , this will ruin my drama .
I really respect your point of view and it's matter of choice to like or not a fictional drama with historical inspiration .

So , it's up to the writer to interpret them in order to bring us an interesting story aligning our modern values . What I meant with my original post is that the writer didn't distort the history , but he wrote a story based on his own interpretation to his country history

History is not just what-really-happened-in-the-past, but a complex intersection of truths, bias and hopes . Historian were men with deep Confucius believe so this for sure would have an impact on their documentation . The drama is fictional and the korean are happy with it , so as a foreigner can't judge

I understand that because I saw it in the korean drama Rookie Historian Goo Hae-ryung .From what we're living nowadays and how the events are interpreted based on political, religious
and ideological backgrounds with hidden agenda , I start to doubt everything .

The history is written by the winners, so there is no pure 100 percent accurate history.
A king with achievements, it doesn't mean that he was a righteous and loyal king , so when it comes to drama adaptation, the writer can make him a smart or sneaky king because nobody has survived from that time to tell us the real story.
The fact is that the king got the throne thanks to the queen's family is undeniable, but his relationship with the queen is up to the our imaginations. Taking in consideration is that patriarchy has been dominated for ages , so the queen achievements can be overshadowed by the king's insecurities. Another fact is that the queen who crowned because she helped her husband and her son to be kings

It is drama land so they would make the impossible possible and it is romance story , so people who are meant to meet , they would meet eventually.

I don't think the censorship would allow them to follow the novel end . Even in moonlight mystique , they brought ML to life so I would like to believe that this is the trend of 2025

Yes , there are hidden messages to some wars from all over the world especially from current wars in Europe , in middle east and in Africa . This eastern country represents the world with all ethnicities and there is no hidden agenda .
