Title Light on Me
Not that anything, but the outro literally tells us who the end game is 🤣
There is no point in discussing it.

Also, Shi Woon is the best boi ever.

Oh My God! People need to stop hating on PJE. I don't like jae eon either but he isn't that manipulative or a…
I said it many times, but PJE was open about his "lifestyle" only after Na Bi fell for him. Also, that's the thing, even after he said he just wants to be friends with benefits, his actions did not match his words. Him being possessive over her when a new guy is starting to get interested is perfect example.

Also, Na Bi did tell him it's not for her, and she wants to end it. Even with that, he kept going after her 🤣

That said, while at first I could excuse Na Bi deciding to try hooking up with PJE since she was hurt and vulnerable after last relationship, by now it's all on her. They are worth each other, let them stay in the messed up "relationship", and leave others out of it. Potato boi deserves better.

I see a lot of people are still angry with Jaeon but I’m sorry Nabi in worse than him. She’s never sincere.…
Nabi sucks, don't get me wrong, but she and Jae Eon are pretty much on the same level. He was clear about his intentions only after she fell for him, she told Jae Eon many times that she looks for something else than he does, she "broke up" whatever arrangement they had, and he was the one to seek her out most times when it happened. While I hate her for kissing Jae Eon when she thinks he has a girlfriend, why the heck he did not tell her he ain't have one?

they are both messed up. They should both stay away from relationships for a while and work on themselves as individuals.

JTBC has no right to alter his performance. They are bound by contract. No employer can be judge and jury. It's…
Well, whenever he should or should not be removed is one conversation, but JTBC has all the right to cut his parts short, never it's right or wrong decision. Actors are liable for their scandals, and if they might negatively affect the project they are part of.

Now, they had to think about many aspects, but especially the money. If they cut his parts short, they might anger some fans. If they keep him in they might anger some fans, no difference here. BUT with keeping him there might be some issues with sponsors of the show etc. So they did what they had to do to save the show.

You can drop it coz they cut him off the project. I would drop it if they kept him in. Perfect example that there is no good way out of it for JTBC.

So the controversy should not hinder his work, as it is not something he did bad professionally. This is his personal…
Well.. viewers have the right to not support an actor who they find not worth said suport.
They had to cut his parts off coz they would loose audience otherwise. I for sure would stop watching if they kept him in. ESPECIALLY taking into consideration the type of character he plays here. It would just leave a bad taste in my mouth.

Also, the production team sign a contract with someone of a good reputation and no scandals. They have the right to cut him off, if the scandal breaks down and it can negatively affect the drama.

If he was cheating for 6 years it's not just a one time mistake, he just a shitty person.

Bish... Poia picked it up from my ptw list as a group watch and I already regret it (on episode 5 at the moment).
Why is the plot on crack? Why FL makes no sense? Why ML has exactly zero personality? Why they gave me 2 fucking time jumps in 3 episodes and all the development happened behind the scenes? Why is the writing so weak? What's the plot of the first 4 episodes? What's the point of this whole show? What;'s the point of me watching it? R.I.P.

I hate myself

There is also something called criticism, maybe you never heard of it 🙃
Yeah but I also scrolled down comment sections and majority of people write a long comments explaining what are their problems not just "writer sucks". That said, there are barely any negative comments in the first place.

It's not like the comment section is flooded by hate and criticism. It's rather chill compared to other shows. So I'm not even sure who does your comment is suppose to target.

Title On the Verge of Insanity Spoiler
I don't think the tech is that valuable to Hanmyeong, simply because they are likely to decide that a cover-up…
They showed Han Seung Gi as someone who puts profit and minimalizing loses as top priority, hence I believe he would agree to give Ban Seok permanent position for the tech he made. He does not give a fuck about employees but he cares about $$. That tech means chance of losing less $$, hence logically speaking there is no reason to turn down the possible proposal Ban Seok could make.

He made a decisions that lead to the least damaged made, making a deal with Ban Seok would give him best result. With how they presented Han Seung Gi's character, he would go for it.

But yeah, putting that aside, I just wish be would try to do anything to secure his own well being. Being good is good, but only if it does not hurt people you are responsible for.

The most profitable for them is installing the tech, coz it deal with the problem they have and minimalizes the chance of potential lawsuit. Literally the CEO would not care about spending minimal money to give him permanent position, if it would lead to fixing the problem and proceeding with the sell off with less chan ces of future problems.

Ban Seok is asked to make it work in a week, aka they want to make it work before the sell off. It would be illogical not to try to implement it. It's not a bad piece of a technology. With it, he would have higher chances of getting hired in different company. While I appreciate him trying to act in a way that helps others, he should also try to secure his own well being, coz he is not alone, he needs to think about his family too.

Tbh, he's too good for anyone. He's just too good. To me his character is unrealistic. It's like he's an angel…
It's not like Do Hyun is presented as this perfect guy, he is not - he is extremely introverted and shy, to the point he cannot voice his opinions and emotions properly. That's a massive flaw that he would have to overcome. He is good to Na Bi coz he had crush on her for years, bot honestly speaking, his actions are not over the top amazingly nice. He is just a decent guy.

As for him standing between Na Bi and Jae Eon, she literally not long time ago told him about her awful relationships past and how bad it was for her, it's not weird for Do Hyun to assume Jae Eon might be part of that bad past. I get between my friends and assholes too, if I know they struggle with assertive behavior.

i feel like Bitna may be on the aromantic spectrum. considering her behavior these past 6 episodes, there could…
Would love that for representation we have not seen in kdramas, but it would also mean her relationship with Kyu Hyun will not work. It's obvious he he values the "romance" part of a relationship a lot, and he wants to go on a cute dates etc. so for them to work she would either be forced to live the life she does not want to, or he would have to ignore his needs for her sake...

Title The Devil Judge Spoiler
On some of your points I would rather think not everything needs to be explained or maybe they will be. Who knows.…
Exact way she gained that power might not be relevant to the plot itself, but for me it's important to make her realistic villain. As of now she is too cartoonish for me. It makes no sense how she became so powerful. If the now dead president of foundation thought he can deal with her while she already has so much power, why did he not think about dealing with her years ago when she had none, except from few evidence she had? We can see how the powerful can EASILY manipulate media and people, the idea he could not deal with one young girl blackmailing him is just weird with the set up of the society they shown.

Jin Joo was a fan, but she also did her job well, checked the facts etc (as seen when the new useless judge showed up believing every sentence anyone said to him). And her being such a huge fan literally works against her being so easily influenced by Sun Ah.

Take a hint? What hint? It's clear Ga On loves her too, but she can't do shit about it, if he keeps claiming he does not. It's not like she can force herself on him.

for me, it's not a smart writing when it affects the cohesion of the world building, and that's what I see here ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ . They act as if the powerful have so much power they got away with everything since forever, and now only Yo Han can big the dirt on them, while also showing they are not powerful coz a young girl easily manipulated the controlled one that was the most powerful. It does not add up.

Title The Devil Judge Spoiler
Thoughts after episode 7:

While it is close to entertainment masterpiece, there are more and more ridiculous plot lines that are not being explained, so it's far from being writing masterpiece.

So, I was right about Sun Ah and SA. The thing I find ridiculous about this tho, it makes no sense how she claimed up that social ladder. He assaulted her when she was young and just started working for him - even if she had recorded said assault, she had no power nor people on her side, it would be so easy to just kill her and make the problem go away. It's extremely convenient plot wise, that we get no detail on how she managed to get that creep under control to such an extend.

Also, I find it weird that Ga On would never try to check on the con artist that fucked up his parents. To even see if he is "fine" in the prison or if he is suffering... or anything. Not even mentioning him living with Yo Han... that's just dumb as fuck.

Jin Joo being SO easily influenced by Sun Ah makes little sense too. They clearly showed her as someone who has her own ideas and views, but one line from Sun Ah and she is like: bitch is right, Yo Han is shady. What even.

Overall... I think Sun Ah is powerful in a laughable way? Like... she "charms" everyone, and why I can get most people, it would not work on everyone (Yo Han does not count, he trusts no one, not even himself 🤣). Especially since she is not even trying to hide she creepy as fuck.

For Yo Han... I still like him as a character, but damn I am not on board with him as a human being. Truth to be told... the only characters I like as people are Soo Hyun and Elijah. And I think this will be a bit of a downfall for me with this show: I just don't care about anyone. As far as I know everyone can die by the end and it will do nothing to me 🤣

Anyway, it was time to rant... while I still enjoy it, some shit is just ridiculous and dealt in a "lazy writing" type of way. Maybe they will expand on the topics I'm off about, but doubt. The creep is dead, they ain't gonna drag his story longer.
