i get Wooju blaming himself for his parents death, but its so stupid for grown ass adults to blame a little kid…
I’ve seen this happen in so many dramas—where a child’s actions are judged as though they were those of an adult. Come on, how can you hold that against him or treat it as a reflection of his personality and character once he’s grown up? And here, it’s even more absurd—they’re putting liability on an adult for something he did as a child, something that wasn’t even wrong in the first place.
Could anyone be a darling and tell me which Korean or Chinese dramas have storylines that somewhat match this one? It doesn’t have to be a perfect match — just similar enough in the leads’ personalities, their camaraderie, or the overall plot driving force, so I can decide if it suits my taste.
It’s surprisingly good so far (through 22 of 33 episodes). There are really no love rivals to speak of — pretty…
Thanks for the info! How is the ML? I’m looking for a mature, serious, and responsible one. I’ve seen too many immature, irresponsible, and forcefully-comedic ones these days.
How’s it looking, my peeps? Is this the one for someone like me—who can’t stand for-no-reason-rude or bratty main characters, dragged-out and over-intense angst, or lingering love polygons (especially those with someone still carrying a torch for the leads)?
Glad you loved this drama! I laughed so much watching it too 🥰 Honestly, it’s been my feel-good drama from…
It was such a nice watch after a hectic day! About the ratings, I don’t really know much about malicious downvoting, but I get why some people might not vibe with it—if you’re not used to anime-style humour, it can feel a bit too silly. And yeah, I’ve seen people say the romance feels too light, but honestly, the original wasn’t really meant to be a romance manga/anime anyway. So expecting a super deep, mature love story might be asking a bit much.
For me though, it was absolutely awesome—so yeah, a straight-up 10/10.
Honestly, score aside, this has been my feel-good drama from the start. Its over-the-top humour totally hit me with that old anime/manga vibe I thought I’d forgotten.
